Modern game? Your elbow connects with a players head, it’s a foul. How it occurred is irrelevant. If it’s your third or fourth after having already been booked, you’re probably getting sent off.

But, when you’re not used to being reffed the same as other teams, equality sometimes feels like persecution.

I agree on Clement, the ref was poor in the first half and Jefte had committed two fouls after his yellow. Was the obvious sub.

Jefte's elbow didn't connect with the players head
Jefte's arm was by his side, and he out jumped the player...massivelt.....meaning the only contact the player made was with the side of Jefte, exactly where his arm was
