Feel sorry for the fans who bought the new
shirt with his name on it. That has to hurt.

At what point are Leeds fans going to actually take some action in terms of a proper protest / boycott ?? Taking the pi55 now been happening for years. Unacceptable

I hope that the 49er's have a plan to take us forward this season, if not, I will revise my thought the other day, to reducing the debt to flip to you know who - happy happy days?

To be honest I'd take 40 million for him, he's a bit of a luxury player all style and no content, also get his massive wages off the bill. As long as we spend all the money on players of course.

You talking shtteeee again I see

Among all players since the start of last season in the Championship, Georginio Rutter either has the most or second-most...

Open play chances created (88)
Open play assists (16)
Dribbles (318)
Duels won (384)
Through balls (30)
Fouls won (125)

A massive loss

Yeah I'd take 40m for him too, I could use the money.

Wonder what Rodon is thinking now, after allegedly turning down EPL offers (S'oton/Ipswich?). Not much chance of him getting there with Leeds the way things are looking. Some positive news would be nice before the weekend. Won't hold breath though.

Just wonder if the team had wind of this last night and it really affected them, particularly Rodon.

Makes sense. Still need to do their jobs though, happy or not. Like we all do.

49ers have no plan beside dismantling the team. Time for our next shady owner.
Phoneyniners out, Red bullsh!ters in.

So I'm trying to take stock of events and see if it's possible to spin this in a positive manner and the way I see it is if Gnonto goes too which I think is quite likely that should mean we have £65 million to spend on replacements but only 2 weeks to get them and effectively start the season again with a new side so exactly like last season but in theory with a bigger war chest to sign new players.

Yes we are losing and have lost quality players that will be difficult to replace but not impossible so we just have
to hope by the time things have calmed down when the
window shuts and the squad is settled and we have a decent quota of new quality signings, we are not playing
catch up to a top 2 as long as we had to last season with Leicester and Ipswich....There that's my attempt to see some shining light amongst all this doom and gloom.

....we could be playing catchup if next 5 tough fixtures go west.

I admire your thinking Macca. It all hangs on whether asset stripping is actually going on and the recruitment
Recruit aggressively and sign multiple players up to the amount we should have then that accusation may be false. Bring in a few loans from prem then it would add more weight to that claim.

Just to add I would make one of those players a goalkeeper to replace/challenge the 'best goalkeeper in the championship'.

Agree Rob.

Macca, I too admire the rationale there. But,
I think almost every fan now is worried about
what the actual fck is going on. What is the
plan here? Club might want to release a
statement that actually states something.

Farke must being feeling like he got hit by lightening
twice. He loses Summerville, who he built every attack
through. Now he loses Georgie, who he was clearly
planning to build every attack through now.

Yes I agree Rob. If for example we now bring in Rowe,Jack Clarke, Szmedocs and Sam Johnson the Palace no.2 keeper plus 2 or 3 quality loans in defence and midfield it would feel quite exciting and hopeful again but if we bring in cheap skate replacements the owners should get themselves the best security they can because the fans will want their guts for garters.

This is why I see no point in getting rid of him. Smallest squad in the championship.
49ers haven't a clue how to start a season.
What could a new manager bring to this sh!tshow.

I've just re-read a few threads post Wembley fiasco.

Think a lot of what's happening concerning player outgoings was predicted - only Gnonto to complete the set.

FCK.

On a side note, best of luck Georgie. Thanks for
all the smiles, head shales, laugh out louds, and
jaw dropping wows. You are a joy to watch.
