Brilliant goal by Cole Palmer yesterday who was the best player on the pitch. But tv replays show the goal should have been disallowed. The goal kick that set up the goal was taken while the ball was moving. But in one of those rules that makes sure VAR doesn’t get too close to common sense, the system is not used to review such things
Fiorentina wide man Jonathan Ikone may be the man bought in to replace Neto. He is in talks with Wolves and was left out of the Fiorentina squad yesterday

On the plus side I saw Carl Ikeme in Spoons after the game, looking really well, with I think SEB
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was in spoons before the game, clearly have a better class of clientele than the Newhampton.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Clear and obvious WUM attempt.
One thing that is clearly self evident in the Newhampton is that you come across the full spectrum of society in there, indeed you are just as likely to share the urinals with a University Professor as a drug dealer.
In Spoons, if you manage to get past the bouncers, you end up amongst a fairly bland cross section of low income, low IQ, chip butty munchers.
Southampton have signed a new keeper which leaves Wolves in pole position to bring in Ramsdale from Arsenal. The gunners wanted to sell the keeper but are now saying they will accept a loan with an option to buy, which is what Wolves are offering.
Sounds like Koleosho is very close now and Meupiyou as well.
Chirewa has gone to Derby on loan.
4 more days to offload the likes of Fabio, Podence and Guedes.
I thought the club were after an experienced defender not another 18 year old. No point in having more "one for the future" players if we're going to be struggling to stay up and if we continue to make glaring errors like the second half, that may be a possibility.
I remember Koleosho at Molineux last season and he went off injured in the first half. It was a relief when he left the field because until that time he was outstanding
Chirewa signed a new contract before going on loan. Derby should be a really good experience for him in the championship. Certainly see him as a wolves first teamer of the future
Danny Ings set to become a free agent. Could be a decent squad addition on a freebie
Alleged a 20m move for Koleosho was rejected.
Also rumoured Feyenoord have moved for Boubacar Traore. Not sure why we would want to move him out but seems to be the case we will if the chance arises
If it’s true we can only afford to spend £20m from the Neto money then we probably need to generate a little more cash this week so we can bring in decent players.
Possibilities of pulling in more cash from the likes of Traore, Sa, Podence, Guedes, Fabio. Could get £30-£40m from that lot if we’re lucky. And talk Palace want RAN for £30m. He’s worth more than that as a wing back but maybe less as a full back
Would be outrageous to accept 30 million for RAN. That said, we are doing him no favours right now hanging him out to dry like yesterday.

On the train before the game we were scoffing at 30m for Rayan, walking down the stairs from the North bank at 5 to 4 we had a slightly different view. I had the feeling last season a few times and again yesterday that he was playing like a defender that didn't enjoy defending and was trying to send a message that he was a winger not a defender.

clearly Carl Ikeme and Seb do not fall into that category, and I could introduce you to a number of friends who may want to re-arrange your opinion, I only go there because aforementioned friends meet up
I have no idea about the Newhampton
Still think we were crazy to turn down £20m for Hwang. Think that had more to do with the commercial spin offs and the global brand than it did with what he can offer the team. Just hope GON isn’t under pressure to keep playing him for the wrong reasons
Ajax winger Carlos Forbs still being linked with Wolves and he has evidently changed his agent this week in order to try to push through a transfer in this window
Hwang would just about make the bench in my opinion, but it's good to read that DJ actually echo's my thoughts on the player. I actually believe GON is under pressure to play him, although the club would never admit it. His performances since he returned from the Asian Cup last season have been abysmal to say the least.
I would have rather had Rodrigo come on for him instead of Podence, who I hope is off to Greece.
Only 3 more days to go and the club are leaving it very late to complete the ins and outs.

Wolverhampton Wanderers' move for Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale is off.
The deal for the 26-year-old has proved too expensive for the West Midlands club and is considered over, BBC Sport understands.
Their £20m offer for Burnley winger Luca Koleosho was rejected last week, and that deal is also unlikely to progress.

Not surprised by that at all, or Koleosho
Been chill all window but starting to get concerned. Said from the start, if Hwang is starting games come the end of the window then it would have been a poor one.
