We need to be selling Eriksen and Mejbri, and bring in another #8 type midfielder to ease the burden on Mainoo.
Probably too much to ask this window. Lindelof needs to be sold too but his ‘toe injury’ will probably mean he sees out his contract.

Eriksen is not only a fitness risk but we can't rely on him to do anything good, he no longer has the legs. Might as well give Collyer a shot even though he's not quite ready for first team action.
We can't fix everything in one window but two DMs (Ugarte and Casemiro) and two CMs (Mainoo and one more addition with Eriksen as a last resort player) would be sufficient depth for our campaign ahead. Eth needs to learn to rotate properly and not overplay certain individuals.

I think Ugarte will make 17 non-homegrown players to register, which is us maxed out; but that also includes Hannibal and Lindelof.

Even Odsonne Edouard looked decent in the SPL
I’m not really sure he’s what we need. I feel our shape itself has been much better in defensive positions and the reason PSG want is due to his limitation on the ball.
I’m watching the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, and it’s clear we have a severe lack of ability up front.
Outside of Garnacho and Bruno, I don’t think we have a single attacking player that any of the top 6 would take into their squad, never mind their 11. We can blame the manager all we want, but the likes of Hojlund, Antony, Amad, Rashford and Mount, they lack in ability, attitude or both.
Ugarte ONLY wants United, he’s ready to travel.
Translation: we are the only ones interested next he’ll be telling us he was a boyhood fan
Hope this transfer goes ahead, just what we need

Neves or Zubimendi, neither attainable, would have been better options. Both better on the ball and have sufficient ball winning capabilities. Neves is wasted in a farmer's league but young enough to spend a few years there before making a big money move to a major league. Zubimendi has simply chickened out, maybe a little harsh with that comment as many throughout the history of the game have remained a one club man but he would elevate any side to the next level, would have transformed Liverpool, for example.
However, intensity, aggression is what we sorely lack o
in our midfield. Hopefully, with Ugarte in the line up better ball playing players will have less defensive responsibilities and can do more damage with their range and quality of passes. Ugarte also gives us the legs Casemiro no longer has.
As mentioned earlier if McT is certain to depart we could do with one more addition in CM along side Ugarte, a more play playing midfielder.
I think we also lack a range of passing.
Yesterday, Rashford, Garnacho and Diallo all made a lot of great runs not to be found, or even seen most of the time.
We’ve lacked a midfielder with the ability to find a winger since Pogba left.
Chelsea explore Sancho deal
Latest from Sky Sports News chief reporter Kaveh Solhekol:
Chelsea are understood to be exploring a deal for Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho.
They are looking at both a permanent and a loan. A proposal could include a player being offered to go the other way.
Talks have taken place between the clubs.
Juventus remain in discussions over a deal for Sancho.

Ugarte is really a result of being unable to get rid of Casemiro and assuming we could easily do better than Amrabat (who we can all agree is a better choice than Casemiro at defensive midfield). I imagine a more balanced choice would have been preferred but Finances and our still obvious weakness in midfield is still showing out. When Mainoo with all his flaws still is number one all defensive stats this season, surely you can understand what we are facing still.
