Leaving wages asides and if those numbers are correct then Sir Jim has done extremely well for his first transfer window. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The squad will be transformed in the next 2 or 3 windows.

Let's just pray the vast majority of transfers work out well for Sir Jim and elevates our team. We simply can't afford any more transfer failures from a sporting perspective, financial too, but sporting wise we need to start bridging the gap one transfer window at a time. I am expecting top 4 this season, anything else is a bonus. Anything less is worthy of the sack.

If we can play some exciting football with a load of South Americans in the team as well then happy days!

The lack of goals will change, it simply has to. Encouraged by the creativity, good quality chances too. Let's just hope we click into place at some point.
