How are Eriksen and Lindelof still United players? 🙃
Was certain they'd both leave this summer. Not for very much money but I did think they'd leave.
Just shows how absolutely ridiculous our wage structure has been. Probably both priced out of moves due to wages no doubt.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lindelof is an injury away from playing at left back at the moment. And we don't have a lot of cover in midfield. If we sold Eriksen, we'd need to buy another CM, which wouldn't be cheap.

Because we can't sort everything out in one window, we need some patience. I think it's been a great window targeting some good players in the right positions and got rid of a decent amount of deadwood
Eriksen can still be useful IMO. We'll have a lot of games hopefully this season so would hope to see him used a lot in the cups at least. Can always pick out a pass too in the closing stages of games.

Where you reading this?? We’re light in midfield and beggars can’t be choosers
Can’t believe Martial hasn’t found a club either, wonder if he’ll do a De Gea and take a gap year
Who spent the most?
Chelsea led the way for spending with an outlay of £219.6m, with nearly half of that spent on Pedro Neto (£54m) and Joao Felix (£46.3m).
Manchester United (£205.9m), Brighton (£192m), Tottenham (£133.5m), West Ham (£132.5m), Aston Villa (£129.5m), Ipswich (£124m), Southampton (£108.3m) and Arsenal (£101.5m) all splurged nine-figure sums on recruits.
At the other end of the scale, Manchester City (£33.6m), Liverpool (£41.5m), Newcastle (£43m), Everton (£46m) and Wolves (£53.3m) were the most frugal clubs during the window.
Manchester United (£205.9m)
Is that up front fees or if all add-ons are achieved, Arab?
I think it’s with add-ons

It's quite believable to be fair as he's crap
Fair bit of activity this window.
Surprised kambwala was moved on, don't remember him doing much wrong whenever he played.
Disappointed Sancho went out on loan and wasn't sold.

it's about £182m before the add-ons
Sancho fee a bit lower than i would have liked but I assume we have got all his wages off the books now. It was a problem that needed a resolution.

Sancho is pretty much gone, Chelsea will need to have the most disastrous season in history to not activate the obligation to buy option. They’re paying his wages too.
Chelsea are paying all of Sancho’s wages and still a significant portion of Sterling’s
OP updated with our full summer activity
Wonder if the young Mali lad will be fast tracked to the first team when we eventually go through our annual injury crisis
On Sancho:
- £10m upfront fee.
- £25m obligation to buy fee.
- £350k wages covered.
- Can’t play against us this year.
Before Joshua Zirkzee was selected as the prime candidate, #mufc tried again for Benjamin Sesko.
United's third attempt to bring him to Old Trafford this summer did not get far, as the 21-year-old signed a new deal at RB Leipzig.
There is respect within United for Sesko’s choice to develop his talent in Germany, and club scouts will keep him on their radar.

Where have you got the £10m upfront fee from and that all his wages are covered?
Don't think the upfront fee is true... but I don't think we are covering his wages
