Pope is useless. Don’t understand why he never gets dropped. Just reminds me of watching James Vince, stylish player but no bottle at all.

Think that's harsh on Pope. He's not a good starter and this is the main concern at 3 is the consistency just isn't there. However he does average 41 batting at 3 so when he does get in, he can get big runs. It has just never felt like a natural position for him but he will need a longer run of bad scores to get dropped. It was only a few knocks ago that he got a 150.
