Come on, one corner will net us a winner.
Shouldn't GoodRham be playing for us? 🤷♂️

Much better 2nd half from us. Fair result I'd say.
Scrappy at times?
Lacklustre?
Bereft at times?

Not his best effort …
I suppose two draws can't be bad after our other away games, but tbh, Oxford were rubbish too
Lower Champ/upper Lg1 fare, that.
Decent prediction points though
We 100% need a centre-forward
Both goals were defensive clusterfecks
Nice layoff by Yates for our tho. 👏🏻
Well a point gained tonight. 1st half we weren't at the races...but in fairness we improved 2nd half without setting the world on fire. At the moment we don't seem able to score a 2nd.
I thought Kenzo was quiet but for me both Osborne and Adams were our best players.
That illusive 1st away win still evades us...but thank goodness Sibley didn't score eh...
Thank goodness Sibley didn't score....
A bit of a strange game in which neither side excelled or crashed. There were moments of quality but too many where lack of care with the ball created self-inflicted problems.
At last I had got what I wanted - CBT wide left and NML wide right but in the first half the ball rarely went their way. Second half CBT started to show what he can do but then, strangely, was substituted. NML did get his long-awaited goal which we certainly deserved and indeed thereafter, until a final flourish from Oxford, were the more likely to win it.
My MOM was again Ebou who makes so many vital interceptions which make up for his occasional carelessness. Ozzie was not far behind. Kenzo has to learn that more is needed from him away from home. I thought Harness did well when he came on but poor old Yates yet again got nothing to work with.
Still, another away point - always useful.
I agree with Chicago. Both teams seemed oddly vulnerable and it felt as though there should have been more goals. I thought we looked more likely after the equaliser but needed a bit more care and precision with passes that often looked rushed.
The ref was very poor and when CBT lost his rag at another bad decision and got booked it seemed to really fire him up. I was calling for NML to make way for Jackson rather than CBT but what do I know? The captain could easily have had another to win it.
Kenzo was peripheral but I thought Osborn had his best game for us. We do miss Ozoh. Often Nelson’s clearing headers were picked up by an Oxford player and I don’t think that would happen with Ozoh in the team. In the first half Adams played as the most advanced midfielder which didn’t really seem to work all that well. Elder was a bit off it but Wilson looked very good I thought.
Did I mention the ref was hopeless?
The ref was hopeless. I also thought Ozzz had a great game.
Warne said we were lacklustre ....
Nyambe out 4-6 months with PCL injury. Big miss that.

Yes Warne was quite downbeat though he was only unhappy about the first half. I thought there were plenty of positives but also food for thought. Yates does get very isolated at times but we daren’t sacrifice a midfielder for a second striker, or so it seems. He’s done brilliantly well this season but the system we play is very tough for him.
Nyambe out is a blow but Wilson is plenty good enough and maybe Rooney won’t be too far off either. I don’t really trust Ward defensively. If Wilson were to get a knock it might push things towards a back three. There are pluses and minuses about that but it might benefit Yates. For instance:
JZ
Nelson Phillips Cashin
Wilson Kenzo Adams Ozoh Osborn
Yates Jackson
It would leave players like NML and CBT as bench options to come on in the wide positions if we were going for it.
A fit Ozoh makes any system better though. He would give us a bit more control and then it is easier for the wide players to link up with Yates as we saw against Brizzle.
