Oh, by the way...here's one for you for a Friday night.
I had a call from Mr Zan (yes, Zanfish).. the other day - he was checking that Mrs H and I were OK after the storms here...anyway, at the end of the call he tells me he's branching out into the Movie business and is financing a James Bond type film. Apparently he's calling it For Your Fries Only....thank you...and good-night...

I read in the news today that boffins have debunked the notion that if monkeys were given an infinite amount of time to bash on their keyboards they could reproduce the works of Shakespeare. Apparently there is a 5% chance that any given monkey could type the word "banana" in its lifetime but no chance that even if all of the monkeys in the world were to type continuously until the end of the universe that they would even come close to producing as much as one of the lesser sonnets.

This is of course devastating news to those of us who were still clinging on to the hope that Spart might one day publish something vaguely resembling an insightful comment on this forum.

A break with tradition for me today. Travelling by train. Exciting times. People like Scouse use the train so will be an interesting anthropological exercise.
