Probably when the police have any real evidence. Questioning him on the same allegations suggest they don't have anything to take it further.
He is innocent until proven guilty. We have seen what happened with Mendy and Greenwood. We should not ruin player's careers because of rumours

Witness testimony is “real evidence” as far as the law is concerned.

Obviously not real enough, they haven't charged him for over 2 years of investigating.
At which point are you fans going to finally force your club to ban him? 2 years later and hes still playing…crazy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm guessing when he actually gets convicted....because trial by court of opinion is BS.

Wait, so u think Greenwood was innocent? I’ll give u Mendy, but Greenwood only got cast off cos of the video evidence, if not Man U would have tried keep him. That says to me that the clubs know its wrong but choose to hide behind the law to protect their asset even if its morally wrong.
Arsenal will have a lot more information than twitter lawyers, I'm sure they have done what the evidence suggests is the right thing.

You just described ANY massive organisation, in ANY sector, about their 'assest's tbh. Also, we have to follow the law or not, you can't have it both ways.

So why did Man U sell Greenwood?
Sometimes, even if something isn’t proven in court doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The evidence the girl in July 2022 put out was quite convincing, she had nothing to gain from lying
Cos Greenwood is a different case with different facts.

i hear that but what do we do....cancel him and kick him out of our club because of an unproven allegation made online..also i'm sure she may have gained 'something', if he is proven guilty.
Wait wait people seriously think Greenwood was innocent . The audio is there to listen to!
With Partey it is still only an accusation and until proven or not it should be up to the club, that said it would also depend on the players situation and how he feels about it and he obvs feels ok enough to play and train
Bissouma stuff lingered for years i swear then was just cleared of groping when all the allegations were r@pe
leave it to the investigators
with Greenwood his mrs is obviously facked in the head, dropped charges, took him back and they had a kid right?
Cristiano Ronaldo, arguably the greatest player of all time, infamously paid off people in the states for indecent s3x acts
Innocent until guilty and all that but I do find it hard to believe 5 separate women over a 2 year period are all lying.
Problem is it's something very difficult to prove, and the article even mentions that one woman's investigation has been going on for 3 years.

On that point I agree, because it's usually one on one with no witnesses the women can often get the short end, of course there can be false accusations against men bet Id wager they are WAY less than any charge against a man committing a charge and getting away with it, imo only of course
Footballers are role models and therefore should conduct themselves properly like members of the clergy or Royal family,
Because of what happened with Mendy, perhaps Partey also deserves his day in court.
Mendy has sued City for a lot of money because they did things to him when he was not guilty all along.
In most circumstances, if someone is investigated for such accusations, the usual process in a work place is employees are suspended pending the investigation.
There are 4 allegations against Player X.
His club have had no issue playing him while being investigated. Therefore if suspended and found innocent then, logically, they would have no issue reinstating him. SO its not such a career killer that some are making out.
If found guilty, they probably have means to recover pay from the suspension period and his career would rightly be over.
"In most circumstances, if someone is investigated for such accusations, the usual process in a work place is employees are suspended pending the investigation."
That's generally because it affects the employer or other employees - i.e. accused of bullying or maybe stealing from the company. Obviously it makes sense to suspend until things are sorted.
Not really the case here.
People dragging someone's name through the mud for what appears to be roleplay is disgusting.
We learned nothing from the Greenwood case where the jury and judge anonymously found him innocent and only guilty of roleplay (which isn't a crime)??
Also find it disgusting that so many people would be gruntled to see him being suspended by his club when he has not been found guilty of anything.
