What makes me laugh even more is earlier this week a company in Abu Dhabi who City's chairman, Kaldoon Al Mubarak, is the CEO of gave Aston Villa's owner a 2.3bn investment into their overall fund.
=====
Amazing. This is how they operate.
I cannot see how Man City are going to get away without any sort of punishment, the severity of the punishment is what is needed to debate.
This is just another nail in their coffin.
What people do not realize is, these oil clubs have cheated, and it is costing the PL a fortune to take these clubs through the courts, the legal bills are spiraling. Somebody has got to pay for this, and guess who it will be ?
THE FANS.
Football is truly ruined.
This just shows that the PL need to have an independent governing board. It’s just self serving otherwise.
Just disband the PL in its present state, come up with a new set of rules which the majority of clubs are happy to abide by and go from there. If any clubs aren't happy with the new rules let them find a league with rules which will keep them happy.
The red Cartel aka the 16 team strong cartel. 😉

City and Newcastle aren't interested in what's fair. They are interested in what gives them the biggest advantage. Thankfully enough clubs have seen through their BS.
It is especially amusing to see mewcastle fans moaning about this. They were one of the clubs that got shafted by Chelsea's spending in the first place, but they have no problem shafting other clubs to spend whatever they want.
The APT rules are illegal, illegal as in against Commercial Law rather than some slippery rules invented by the Red Cartel to try and protect their monopoly.
See you in court

FSG bought Liverpool after ADUG bought City but are part of some established cartel of teams that wear red and are owned by Americans apparently
City furious...another defeat, hated in football and likely relegated, a bad club cheating as much as they can....bye.....bye......
Shall we also include their loss in the employment tribunal to Benjamin Mendy? Another £10m to pay.

Thats like 1p to any normal person
City will get VERY heavily fined at worst
They will not get relegated...it just doesn't go like that
Could you glory hunting cants and your clubs just go join a euro super league please.
Shame on the clubs who supported City. Completely out of touch with reality

The PL is world football's de facto super league. But don't worry - you probably won't be in it next season.

Too bad, it's the only fair punishment.
Just deduct 1 point and fine them £1m for every offence they are found guilty on.

Boris is right.
Britain is the world's one-stop shop for anyone looking to stash their cash.
There's never been a dollar we could say no to.
Foreign money controls our commercial and residential real estate (in London at least). 70% of the water in our taps. The Royal Mail. The food we eat. The handful of car manufacturers we have left. Pretty much all our banks and supermarket chains. Our defence and Tech industries.......e.t.c.
Up to two thirds of the UK economy is held and run by foreign interests according to the ONS.
Might as well hand over our football as well. This can only go one way if it ends up in front of a British court.
