Loads of people saying sell him in the replies makes me laugh so much. How on earth could we sell him? Wed not even be able to give him away for free on his wages.
Glazers / Woodward / Arnold really have destroyed this football club. It's actually sickening what they have been able to get away with. Jimbo already getting abused from match going fans at the weekend too.

Rightly so, he’s raised ticket prices next season when he’s a multi billionaire Tory piece of shiiiit. There’s a cost of living crisis right now and these scuuumbag owners are pricing fans out as much as they can.

Would he throw Yoro in from the start I wonder?

Hope not, let's not rush him back.
He'll get plenty of minutes with the rotation anyway.

Phil Jones all over again, handing out lengthy contracts to someone who cant stay fit.

The way INEOS dealt with the redundancies, Fergie stepping down announcement, the ETH will / won't he fiasco and now the ticket prices doesn't give me any belief in them whatsoever.
Didn't attend the protest as it's ultimately futile if you're then going to take your seat. I agree with the sentiment though. £200 to take yourself and two kids to a football match is absolutely disgusting.
The football bubble needs to burst.

What do you expect from a snivelling Tory scuuumbag that is begging for the state to pay for the new stadium as well. Stingy foooking priiick

To be fair a lot of that (whilst I agree is distasteful) is actually Ineos addressing the major financial issues facing the club. I don’t think fans realise how bad this is going to get for us.
We are roughly £1 billion in debt.
We have (relatively) high interest payments on that making it hard to shift.
Last year we made a net loss of £113 million.
The squad, stadium and training facilities need major investment with capital that simply doesn’t exist.
I would be more worried personally if Ineos didn’t address what they are able to in the immediate term, rather than just bury their heads in the sand a la Woodward and co.
Again, I don’t agree with some of their decisions, but to a degree I understand them.

Was insane to give him a 5 year contract. We’ve only ourselves to blame.
posted 2 weeks, 1 day ago
No other news outlet is reporting it yet, but if it’s true we seriously need to look at terminating this guys contract.
Always makes me laugh this sh!te, the club knew he has a long history of injuries when they handed him a new 4 year deal in 2023. you can't simply dispose of someone like rubbish.
posted 2 weeks, 1 day ago
I don't see the point of trying to terminate his contract - that just costs us without getting anything from him. And I doubt he would agree to it. So no doubt he will just 'play' out the rest of his contract. In reality, that will mean being used when he does happen to be fit, and simply recognising we may get 30 games max out of him a season.
And if Malacia isn't the answer, then no doubt Amorim will be looking at alternatives, with Carreras probably topping the list

It was more how they handled all those decisions. Communication has been appalling.
The ticket price increase is an absolute joke. Most tickets have already been sold too so they risked all that backlash for very little upside during this current season.
Jim won't fix it. He's here for the experience and ticking off the bucket list. I was foolish to think he was going to buy the Glazers out. I don't think he is intending to so as long as that debt remains we are going to be in trouble.
Sadly the alternative is something I don't want either so I can't really win either way. The PL have a lot to answer for allowing that takeover to ever happen. 😭
