City's Charges: What I've Heard (Not Good)

posted 2 weeks, 6 days ago

I think we all owe Man City and their fans an apology.

Boris, Melton, other guys, I am sorry. I am sorry that your club and all associated with the club are a bunch of cheating cants. I am sorry that you still feel the need to stick up for your club. I am sorry that everything you believed happened over the past decade has been a lie. I am sorry.

Wait and see. Only being found guilty of not cooperating. Still cheated though.

The things you hear in a Carter & Miller!

Well most expect them to get away with it, like the uefa one tbf even though clearly guilty its another thing making it stick and being able to punish them for it.

This would be like failing to turn up for a drugs test to hide and avoid the truth, and then just getting a slap on the wrist for failing to turn up.

They're just getting a fine. That and being found guilty of not cooperating.

It's ridiculous. They've clearly, clearly, cheated.

Some weeks ago I spoke to someone I know who is at St John's chambers

Jay: Yeah but I'm not bothered, cos I f@cked the nurse that looked after me.
Will: The St. Johns Ambulance lady?
Jay: Yes!
Simon: Isn't she Warren Duncan's nan?
Jay: No there was another one who looked like Lucy Pinder.
Will: Course there was.

You're guessing they will just get a fine and basing it off that. You haven't heard anything from anyone connected to that case so cut the nonsense.

They may well get a fine but I can guarantee you if that's all that happens the other clubs are going to kick up an almighty fuss. Nobody is going to believe 130 charges over a 4 year investigation were 'mistakes'. And especially not when the accused club simply wouldn't cooperate with any investigation.

This isn't going to end in the next few months. It will go on for another year or so I think with the appeals from either side.

There's absolutely no way they are not guilty. These can't be admin errors from the PL on this level after so long. City got rumbled and they simply didn't like the fact they did.

Arsenal United Liverpool Spurs Chelsea etc aren't going to accept a not guilty verdict. Imagine how Everton feel too.

Just wait and see. They will categorically only be found guilty of not cooperating. My source is legit.

I want them relegated and fully agree with what you say: they have clearly, clearly cheated. The fact they’ve got away with it by being fined is a disgrace.

The voices in your head don't count as sources though.

If they only get found guilty of not cooperating then all bedlam is going to break loose. Nobody in their right mind is going to believe that 100 of the 130 charges were all errors and just mistakes just like we don't believe in the tooth fairy.

Those leaked emails are the smoking gun they simply can't explain. Their shenanigans were posted all over the internet by a young Portuguese hacker. Those weren't faked emails. The language used was too coherent to be anything other than the real people involved.

You made a prediction. Predictions can come true but it doesn't mean you know anything because you don't.

If you had information leaked to you about this case it would be all over the media by now you daft sod. 😂

Jackanory. 30 million on both sides legal fees and a lawyer, who is bound by confidentiality decided to tell some moron, two weeks before the end of the case the punishment which is going to be handed down.
It's always been my belief that a big fine will be levied, but for you to come on here with this BS hoping the outcome matches your drivel is pathetic.

Even if they do just get a slap on the wrists, the Man City house of cards is crumbling.

Look at their transfer business since the investigation has started. Barely any of their signings during this period would get into the Liverpool, Arsenal or even Chelsea sides. Their days are the top are numbered, and our rebuild is starting just as they are collapsing, ready to take full advantage in the coming seasons.

Haven't seen any "bedlam" energy from the UEFA case with which the same hacked emails were used as evidence to derive charges from.

If the EPL can secure the evidences where UEFA failed then I will fully support whatever punishment comes our way.

The UEFA / CAS case is a thing to behold in itself. I don't know if many people know how incredibly dodgy that whole process was.

City apparently recommended the deciding independent third member of the panel to UEFA and turns out said individual has business interests in Abu Dhabi. How strange and I'm sure just a perfect coincidence.

You've been buying and bribing your way out of trouble from day one so no it wouldn't be a shock to see history repeat itself.

Never has one of our clubs had it's name dragged through the mud quite like before. To suggest it's all a load of made up nonsense is just pure fantasy. City have been up to no good from the off and seemingly just think their deeper pockets will be enough to avoid any serious consequences.
