Mental health and social media don’t really go well together. Happiest people always seem to be off those sites

hobbies is definitely the main thing for me. I was a mess before i took up swimming and golf

Yeah, hobbies, fitness, music, actively thinking positively.

I find journalling helps in tough times.

i stopped football and playing music after sixth form, and fell out and away from my school friends. Was a shiiiter

Not playing sport is the worst thing about COVID for me almost a year since I last played football.

Having a missus who is a mental health professional and also a pain; and a toddler who is so damn needy means I don’t have time to feel depressed. Just permanently grumpy

Mine would be:

Hi,

I had it all as a kid. Went to the best school, had everything I wanted. My elder brother and sister were basically 2nd class citizens and I was the king. We had golden retrievers. My gran idolised me. I was really clever and was absolutely certain to become very rich and succesfull.

As an adult things haven't gone quite as well. At 19 I got into a load of drugs and messed myself up bad. At one point I was sitting in a cupboard wnkaing 10 times a day. In fact, I wnkaed so much in a bid to 'get better' that my body broke for about 10 years, and i lost my mind for about 3, and lost all my friends.

I got through it though and in my early 20s developed a hard work ethic. I worked for 2 years as a building labourer, including walking 6 miles to site for 8am all through one freezing cold winter. After getting an opportunity to train in a profession, I worked full time for 8 years whilst studying part time. My whole life was work. Things were getting back on track. I even worked in the middle east for a couple of years which was great money and good experience, and at one point I was again tipped for the top.

Unfortunately I then fell out with some people in my industry who made up a load of shti about me which means I can't find any work and have basically been unemployed for 10 years, with no prospect of this ever changing. At the same time, some powerful gangsters decided it would be good fun to play a game to stop any woman in the world from having a relationship with me. I also fell out with all my family, after my granddad's will was re-written when he was 90 and blind, and my dad decided his step kids would make better kids than me afterall. Have had 3 major health scares in recent years but other than my BP being a bit too high am OK.

Any thoughts ?

Most a partnership has ever linked up was Sutton and Shearer with 12 in 94/95 (42 game season).

Kane and son are currently on 11

Sounds like you need to get that work ethic back.

If not in your industry as parties have conspired against you, in another.

Start again.
