* Southampton are incapable of playing with any amount of foot off the gas. Highly competitive game until the red
* arsenal fans had kidded themselves that they had ‘found the formula’ when demolishing us. Reality is we put in a 1/10 first half performance that a league 1 side would have capitalised on. Been fun seeing them fall back down to earth.
* Salah is the best player in the league, even I’m surprised by his consistency
* Aston Villa sucked at putting pressure on our defence - it was really easy to play out from the back. xG also flattered them as the second didn’t register on the chart whereas realistically it was a 0.5+ xG chance

Ward-Prowse was unfortunate in his clumsiness there, clearly going for the ball but you cant put yourself in a position to land a foot high on another player like that

Yeah, I’m more than happy for those challenges to be a red. It’s not something that I think is enjoyable in football and is likely to injure an opponent

Yeah the issue is that it takes surprisingly little pressure to cause serious injuries if you land on the wrong spot

Yes, although seems like 2 games at most missed for most due to a PL break in games

There is such a silver lining over spurs loss to Arsenal. It’s kept that useless manager in the job for another few months, I love it.

So many Arsenal fans in shock about the weekends performance whereas they weren’t good against spurs we were just terrible
