Katsu just refers to taking thin cuts of meat then breading and frying them. You can get it non curried too
I dont think Japanese curry is particularly interesting either though. Its in a lot of their dishes but usually I prefer non curried Japanese food
Ethiopian is great, it’s similar to Indian curries and on injera. Which is a spongey bread that soaks up the flavour so well
Interesting to know about katsu
Just watched Black Widow, I liked the concept but it just wasn’t that interesting
