Yeah it's all about moving in the right direction, not magically being able to do it, just take 48 hours between cardio and try and slowly improve each time. If you wanna do exercise on the other days you've got weight/bodyweight exercises, yoga, walking etc

I know he has different views to mine about the issue, but doesnt affect my judgement of him as an individual, and posting something that to an extent supports an element of my views on the situation was not intended to be confrontational towards him (or for that matter, and we can only hope he isn't reading, RRP).

I see Liz Truss was speaking out in a very Pro Israel way today. Said that government institutions were so "woke" that they potentially amounted to antisemitic

She has some interesting ideas and views (I don't know if they are good ones or not, but they seem to represent proper Conservative values in some regards at least), but she also has some which seem to be absolutely awful. She obviously thinks she's the next coming as Thatcher, but aside from having completely different economic policies and goodness knows what else, Thatcher was hard as fkin nails. I can't see Truss being a patch on her. I see all out war with the Unions within 9 months, and the Unions having trounced her in 12.

Ive just remembered to turn Tinder back on. Every girl I've liked so far is way out of my league.

She’s dangerous, I think the damage she will do to the working class and national divide will take multiple governments to undo. It’s funny living in this country and seeing how economically right they are and the impact it has on the population and it’s horrendous tbh.

I think Rishi is spineless and weak but he is definitely my preferred choice (pick my poison).
