Not just for me but the whole club. I'm surprised there is not more comments about him on this forum

I know people say "He is alright" and "he is good enough to be a back up" but it baffles me people are willing to accept Sanchez should be sold but Dier goes about his business depsite making constant mistakes.

Is it because he is white?

No it’s because he’s better. Slightly but better nonetheless

Also I don’t get why people always has to bring players skin colour into debates it’s irrelevant

Unless it’s Don

You have to admit there is a disparity between the abuse aimed at Royal, Sanchez and Dier. All as bad as each other. Dier misplaces a long pass and nothing. Royal does fack all with ball and roll on the abuse..

This isn’t true and something you’ve just made up in your head due to your dislike of Dier.

It just happens to be that Sanchez & Emerson are garbage players to the majority.

I could easily throw at you why do you hate on our white players ie Dier & son but I don’t because skin colour is irrelevant

Yeah we are not going agree on this. Move on.

I think ethnicity can often play a big part in criticism tbf H, Dele Alli being a prime example of someone who was constantly called lazy despite being the biggest presser in the team and often covering the most ground. Pogba was another victim of that.

However when it comes to Dier he is clearly better than the other two, having had 2.5 very good seasons for us and being a key figure around the squad he has his obvious reasons for why he is more liked + being comfortable on the ball helps as that’s a lot easier for fans to see mistakes than positionally or whatever.

Yet eriksen also got called lazy despite covering the most ground every match.

I think people use it as an excuse to push agendas against people they dislike.

posted on 1/1/23

So you don’t think race is ever a factor because Eriksen got called lazy?

I think you can find examples for all players regardless of colour being abused

posted on 1/1/23

Do you think you can think of players of colour being abused and stereotyped based on their race?

I think people will see what they want and use it to push agendas.

I think tanganga is facking garbage and honestly one of the worse players at the club.

Is that because of the colour of his skin or based on his awful footballing ability?

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink (or evidently think)

Just look at how this started.

Luka using Sanchez’s race to push his agenda on Dier.

Just like Dele berbatov got called lazy. It’s all perception of their body language.

Can people be racist certainly but should someone use the race of someone push agendas of their own isn’t right

Do you think how Souness talked about Pogba was due to race/cultural factors or not?

All depends if he speaks that way about other players like that or not.

I certainly don’t like the way he speaks in general though

posted on 1/1/23

He doesnt speak that way about others so publically, do you have a view now?

Then he might just not like him or he’s a racist I don’t know him.
