I do get that though, I wouldn’t have done it but I get that if you want to get one final squeeze out of an aging squad you’d pick the most successful short term manager of all time who hasn’t completely lost it

While that sucked, firstly Poch vetoed some signings and secondly we had spent £500m additional on a stadium that wasn’t anticipated thanks to Brexit/construction issues

Same, and we are spending quite aggressively just playing catch-up from massive underinvestment

That summer has completely facked us. Ndombele, Gio & Sessegnon cost to much not to be a significant part of the team.

All poch approved signings as well

Being a fan of Jose over conte is a bit weird to me

Haven't listened the pods for a while. But last time in October time I did everyone was still on board with Conte

Extra inch twins are pretty much conte out and everyone else I listen to are still conte in.

In a weitd funked up kind of way I am quitely enjoying all this. The feeling that we are chit again reminds me of 90's after the FA cup victory. Those years of obscurity under Sugar were awful too.

After yday's game it kind of feels like that but the overall outlook is better.

I still want Conte to be our manager and for Levy to use death star money to back him.
