WORKPLACE DEBATE |>> Would you swap Jan Vertonghen & Toby Alderweireld (during their time at #Spurs) for Micky van de Ven & Cristian Romero? šŸ¤”

#THFC | #COYS | #TTID

Definitely yes. Though VdV for Vertonghen on his own is a tougher one

What about Klopp signing asthmatics? Nick Harris a Liverpool fan?

I guess they're covered in this paragraph he just doesn't know names

"Banned stimulants – which improve focus and alertness – include ephedrine and amphetamines. Many Beta 2 agonists, meanwhile, such as Higenamine, are banned by WADA because they help with the dilation of bronchial passages, or in laymen’s terms, they ease stressful breathing. If you have asthma you’ll probably use a Beta 2 agonist, such as Salbutamol, in your inhaler. You may be surprised how many elite athletes, especially cyclists, need this asthma treatment"

I think, like match fixing, it's ok to understand and accept that this kind of thing is prevalent. Doesn't stop me enjoying games tho

Spurs should have given the likes of Carroll, Mason, Skipp, Growth Hormone treatment like Barca did with Messi at 13 yrs old.

Wonder what the rules are aound that sort of treatment for kids? Guess it is ok..

posted on 16/2/24

Skipp with the build of McTominay would be a very handy player

Makes me wonder if some bodies don't hold up so well to the drugs n that. Or maybe they just don't take them so can't compete physically

Struggled with streams today (funny how its so much harder to watch fitba in the UK than the US).

Only real observation is that Son isn't a great winger. I'd rather Richy is out there and Son up top.

Found it weird that Werner went up top considering his weakness is actually finishing

There’s a hellava lot of work to be done and sure Ange knows it

The style of play although entertaining at times is a concern though defensively

Extremely horrible relationship with football at the moment where really can’t take defeats like I used to and my hatred for Arsenal has grown so much I can’t really enjoy football.

Logically they’re far in a cycle now but it’s hard to see Tottenham as we know it ever getting to that stage

Our start of the season really has ruined what should been a gradual project.

Got fans ahead of themselves and now can’t take it that we are still a team in its infancy and need patience still

Check my new article, I’m quite the voice of reason on there!

Just get a bit p1ssed off with the likes of Ace and Luka jumping on my comments and demanding I provide more insight.

I’m just an ordinary football fan that wants to see my team do well, not the chief sports writer at the f*cking Guardian!

Ok.

Does our manager though?

Maybe worry about that.
