really want it to work out but if results and patterns carry on like this i cant see him staying beyond this season anyway
i cba with a manager change again but we at least need to start defending

I like him and want him to stay, I have much more of an issue with our players than him

players always get managers sacked though

losing as many as you win isnt sustainable for where everyone involved with the club want/expect to be

I think largely the performances have been good though, I blame the players way more.

Kind of like what Pep says - I can take you to the final third and its your job to finish the move.

Udogie is awful defending deep. Romero had a shocker. I don't think VDV is very good defending deep either. Bissouma needs to be the deep midfielder against any elite or more elite attacking force.

We do play with a lot of risk, I do think we need to learn how to play more conservatively if leading from 65 mins onwards - but the players do let us down a lot.

Bar the Brighton 2nd Half, I would say we have defended well.

(in the league that is, we have defended appallingly in the Europa)

I don't think how we set up, and how we set up to defend we need that drastic change in defenders. Getting spanked by Mitoma happens.

Its kinda like the Potter Brighton issue.

He kept creating high quality cutback situations for his players to score and they wouldnt score. If the players arent good enough do you adapt or do you keep doing your gameplan and hope for better players?

His constant disparaging comments is kind of annoying. I think his style overall is good and his mix of youth this season has been nice.

football good to watch but at end of the day i dont want to be conceding and losing so easily

he seems to be in unity with the club on a philosophy and direction now which is nice, and i do like most of his team selections

in game and subs hes pretty poor though and dont really agree with his quotes on that

dont watch interviews really but can see how him just staring at the floor can be perceived

If we win the europa and finish 6th in the league I'd be beyond delighted

I think his in game subs are poor but I completely agree with what he said. The players really let us 2nd half and I don't think a change of personnel makes a big difference.
