football good to watch but at end of the day i dont want to be conceding and losing so easily

he seems to be in unity with the club on a philosophy and direction now which is nice, and i do like most of his team selections

in game and subs hes pretty poor though and dont really agree with his quotes on that

dont watch interviews really but can see how him just staring at the floor can be perceived

I think his in game subs are poor but I completely agree with what he said. The players really let us 2nd half and I don't think a change of personnel makes a big difference.

Hopefully they will or can over time. Our players had similar issues under Poch which they changed over time.

Honestly though I think its going to be tough if our tactics are 100% go for all 90 mins. I think there is a lack of pragmatism currently from Ange that isn't sustainable - I'm willing to accept it right now though.

Batigol, one of my all time faves. Definitely a tick in the Fiorentina column though, not Roma.

Always had a soft spot for Sampdoria too

The Milan team back then was unbelievable ….italian footy on channel 4 on a Sunday , never missed it

Maldini was my favourite player as a kid. Made me want to be a defender

He is what you call a rolls Royce of a defender

I just googled the Milan side around that time …..it was better than I remember

Yeh its a bit of massaging the facts to put him in the Roma category but I didnt really pay attention to 90s football as I was so young
