I was told all about this from the horses mouth so to speak , I've only just moved up to the East Midlands a few months back and lived in London for many years I did get to know a guy who worked for a sports agency , he actually told me some great stuff about what clubs would do to secure players signatures and he was very much involved with younger guys on the first rung of the ladder , I would often ask if he was in tomorrow for a pint and would get ...Sorry I'm taking so and so from West Ham (or whoever) to see a big music gig or the Wresting in Birmingham , his agency would provide the tickets and backstage passes in an attempt to get them on board......As I say he often talked about all aspects of footballers lives some of it was unbelievable a totally different world , when a story would break in the papers which was something similar to the Modric stuff he'd grin and say ooops another player in the smelly stuff or some such thing

Anyway it's up to you , I've told you what I know and how I know it ...if you don't believe what I've said it's no skin off my nose

You accused me of not providing the relevant information, which is totally wrong. I sent you both the PL & FA Rules regarding conduct by Clubs, Players & Officials, you then stated that the FA Rule was only in regard to sanctions.

Have a look again & show me in the Rule where the word sanctions appears!!!

I'm not a Chelsea fan, but i've seen more than a few comments like that, and worse, from other Spurs fans. So you cant really judge one set of fans without criticising your own as well.

I know that squid. This is the problem you get from public forums though. I gave up on the BBC 606 a long time ago because of the way it was going, and never bothered until this site came online.
