Why, he deserves to have his bleddy neeps mashed arfter such a comment.
Any more from you, and i will make sure the number is no longer ex directory
KEIOC have given them an option to raise funds...not sure they have tbh..................aside from increased revenue in the club shops and stadium tours.
An option to raise funds, old chap?
----------------------------------------
Peanuts in the grand scheme of things, old bean.
As it's hardly going to create the sort of revenue needed to re-build the ground, is it?
Chin, chin.
Sooo,your contradicting yourself twice?
Any charnce of thrice old chap?
I've not contradicted myself at all, try actually reading my posts
Without the club being on the receiving end of the revenue generated from the FOOTBALL QUARTER itself, then the entire idea is not going to have any meaningful impact on the clubs bottom line.
Simple enough for you?
I have read your posts again, still the same.
No funds.......Small amount of funds.
Have you ever been wrong?
The Ego has landed.

You're being obtuse, as it's patently obvious that you hadn't fully digested the detail of this proposal before spouting off about our current £5M annual losses & how this idea would help increase the clubs income.
As far as I can see, it offers nothing directly in that regard, aside from potential increased foot fall in the area. Which may (or may not) have an effect on the cash tills in the club shop. But as I said we're talking peanuts in the grand scheme of things.
A cynic might say, that this entire scheme offers little more than a reason for the club to stay in Walton.....
Seeing as you're a disciple, enlighten us oh wise one, of exactly how this idea will benefit the bottom line of EFC's accounts by an amount of any significance?
& while you're at it, how is it going to facilitate the ground redevelopment?
As for 'ego' LOL, coming from you that's priceless pal.
CE. Admit it, toe has you hook line and sinker on this one

Two years, 24/7 and still nothing to show what it would generate for the club. Who did they get advice for on this.....Bill?
So CC, what you are saying is KEIOC, BU, SOS have a sure fire idea of to possibly make more money for the club.
But they now want the club to spend money looking into feasibility of this 'sure thing'
How very dare they.
Do they not know the club doesnt involve it`self in this type of thing.
A business plan??? Gertcha

Sounds like a lot of smoke and mirrors CC
Haha, it did make me chuckle CC.
I don't usually read TW but I've just read that thread, it's nothing more than the same old posters slapping themselves on the back, followed by snivelling sychophants deflecting any pointed & pertinent questions away, so that they can concentrate on their self congratulations.
They're backing a scheme that will offer the private sector the opportunity to leach off both clubs 'brands' on the doorstep of their HQ's ffs!
They should save themselves the trouble of a feasibility study, as I can nail it in a sentence - without both clubs taking a large slice of the revenue created from this proposal, then neither will sanction it's existence.
If keioc & the BU hadn't burnt their bridges with EFC, then maybe they could have heard that 1st hand & saved themselves their trouble.
I can't believe that they're seriously peddling such a weak idea, which has no financial impact on the club & such a transparent agenda i.e. to keep EFC in Walton.
She soars through the air like a bird on the wing.
Tra,la,la
Still waiting for you to enlighten us mere mortals on how this will impact on the club's P&L CE.
I can nail it in a sentence..............Without both clubs taking a large slice of the revenue then neither will sanction it`s existence.
As it is to be constructed using private funding, can you nail (in a sentence) how both clubs can stop it.
Perhaps the EFC board will use the same level of expertise they showed at the public enquiry into Destitution Kirby
I will enlighten you later.
Just off out to do a bit of birdwatching
