As always boys you have no answers. See previous post, if we had an interested buyer who thought we were overpriced do you not think they would go public to get the fans support for a takeover? I thought so too
-----------------------------------------------------

Never heard of an NDA?

If you're trying to tell me that EFC wouldn't sell if it was available for £1 plus the debt, then don't bother pal - as it would, pure & simple.

The price IS therefore the reason that no-one has opted to take it on.

Stop trying to make out that it's an irrelevance, I thought you were brighter than that tbh.

Does anyone interested who has not signed an NDA out of the running then?

Plus do you really think Earl will sell his state for a loss

State ?
I didn`t realise,i was under the impression he only owned a planet

Anyone who was seriously interested & wanted to enter a high level discussion on the possibility of a purchase, will have been made to sign an NDA. There's proof of this out in the public domain.

As for Earl, I couldn't give a toss what he eventually returns for his stake, do you?

Would he sell for a loss through choice - of course not, but my point was, that the asking price is the reason & Kenwright are still here, those who are in denial of that simple fact, are delusional imo.

TB,

That's total nuts! The published asking price is150M. A quick look at the accounts shows what really worth. No need for an NDA then then

Now then,then.
Settle down.

Fellaini,

A bit of advice offered in the right spirit.

It`s always, but always, best in the long run to just be who you are.
Pretending to be an expert in this, and an expert in that, does nobody any good,it becomes obvious, the more the debate goes on,when somebody is winging it.
As i said, offered in good spirit,up to you if you take any notice.

A professional knows that..........

I asked you a while ago, what line of business are you in ?

posted on 28/1/12

I think its none of your business

posted on 28/1/12

It`s almost certainly none of yours.
Judging by your delusional input of course

posted on 28/1/12

I will leave you to read through the post by Charred. Maybe you can call for advice on the words you don't understand

posted on 28/1/12

Could you show me how to wing it ?

For old times sake. of course

The issue then is NOT the asking price as it never has been
------------------------------------------------

As I said....delusional.

You're posts are a total contradiction.

You said "who would want to buy a loss making business, that requires millions in investment" & then go on to site Reading selling for £80M pro rata. (incidently did you notice who was behind that sale? Remember Samuelson? LOL)

People buy football clubs for all sorts of reasons, making an annual profit is rarely amongst them, as with a few notable exceptions none of them do!

You tried telling me previously that EFC wouldn't sell for £1, which is total horse shight. You lost all credibility with me, at that point CC, as you're not a daft bloke & for you to stand firmly behind that statement is baffling.

The issue IS the price being sought for it, coupled with the main man (until recently) having no real desire to offload it. If you wish to wallow in the view that it's not even worth £1, and following that 'logic' would therefore never sell to anyone, then so be it.

p.s. Breaking an NDA is not something that anyone who wished to protect their reputation would want to do btw & seeing as we're such an awful investment (even for £1 ) then I don't know why Bill even bothers with them eh?

I`m genuinely not worried about your opinion........

Then why did you bother writing the long winded reply to TB ?
Very pompous post imo

Anyway, getting away from that for a bit.
Last nights win,and in the 5th round.
Let`s hope for a decent draw.
Who knows................little acorns

It won't sell to anyone as it is. I'm well adjusted to that, however dismal the prospect, and if you want to live in the delusional hope that a buyer is just round the corner if only we can get the price down thats your issue mate. When reality bites you on the backside you'll at least have the other idiots for company. We'll get a buyer, of the right type, when we have the infrastructure to generate new revenue not before....even if the board agreed to a token sales fee.
----------------------------------------------

So you're now saying that we'll not get a buyer of any sort, at any price, until we've increased our turnover by £X & the current incumbents have sorted out the stadium issue?

& you've got the brass neck to call me an "idiot"...

There's no chance of that happened, as in zero, nil, zilch, phook all. You deluded mug.
