its ok i will take over. and i will buy a winger and striker.
I'd like to have Chris Hughton as our next manager.
would be interesting who levy would appoint to see us through to the end of the season. glen hoddle? lol
Vultures
hes not going down, it was only £250k or something stupid like that, how much tax would he have to pay on that?
and anyhow, it wasnt his fault was it
50's Scotty and Ledders would become player-managers.
Rather have you Chronic than Hoddle!!
I have it on good authority that Clive Allen will replace 'arry.
was 186k i think.
very small amount as far as tax is concerned.
its just whether or not they want to make an example of him
I'm genuinely asking as I'm not sure, what are the likely outcomes of the trial?
Yeah I think is the Tax/NI on the £190k that wasn't paid to HMRC so that would be around £75k-80k he's fiddled (if he's guilty of course)
fine, suspended sentence. unless they want to make an example of him, in which case a short jail term

i wouldnt make any ridiculous team selections i can assure you of that
WENGER IS NOT TWO BOB!!
Wenger = Fiddy Cent
But even a fine or suspended sentence being passed would indicate him being found guilty, no?
Arsenal sacked George Graham for more or less the same thing.
Should Tottenham follow suit with Harry if it proves to be the case?
This is a serious question by the way.

Serious question here. IF Harry is found guilty but given a slap on the wrist and fine, i assume he'll still remain Tottenham manager?
Their getting Lester Piggott's old cell ready.
Found this:
"HMRC tends not to get this far unless they've a really solid chance of getting a conviction. I thought he would be looking at a fine and a suspended sentence but looking at the sentence guidelines, he could get some notable jail time: http://www.cps.gov.u..._of_income_tax/
Depends on if they class it as professionally planned or not, but he's looking at 12-36 months, especially as he has no mitigating factors against him and a few aggravating ones. Still not impossible that any sentence gets suspended but I'd imagine they wouldn't do that if he was getting more than a year."

dunno.
only levy/joe lewis can answer that. i wouldnt be at all surprised if he was sacked though
serial - I hope so
groovy - Piggott failed to declare over £3.2M earnings over several years, hence why he got 3 years inside
Likely outcome : conviction + plenty of IR fishing trips on Lake Arry.
Likely punishment : THIS time, bar custodial and everything but the kitchen sink.
Mighty :
And that WAS in the mid 80s.
So you can imagine the equivalent value in todays' money.

The Charge is the same, failing to declare income.
If found guilty a custodial sentence is possible.Though unlikely in Redknaps case,
