Everytime Frank has played he has ran his socks off, but a player at his age in his position cant play blinders every week. So why your angry at his perfomances this year baffles me.however I am also glad frank has been dropped but rotation must be used more readily especially when ramires and especially meireles have had poor games recently

I'm angry because of how much he his form has dropped as a player. He works his socks off yea, but for a player of his quality, this season he has been so poor at times. Passing has been dreadful for starters.

I'm am glad he has been dropped too. Doesn't mean that I can't show understanding for his outbursts as our replacements are worse.

I personally,struggling liek the team has, think lampard has played that poorly.
Hes always played 6/7/8 out of 10 throughout his whole career, the odd game aside, its just he has worst players around him now so its more noticeable.

Why does he get subbed off every game TCP? He's 23. Not 32. Silva plays every game for City yet Mr big shot takes off our best player every game

The creative burden is all on Mata's shoulders, he has played nearly every game this season. If things are comfortable, it's better to take him off and give him a break to reduce the chance of burn out. Mr Chelsea, if you were the manager, Mata would probably be injured now playing 90+mins every game, this season, even though it's first season in the premier league

He's taken off Mata in some games which we've gone on to lose or draw. Not just the once its happened. Its happened a few times.

But Lampard has played 90mins in games we have lost

Mata is not a defender, doesn't track back and bottles 50/50 challenges. Even if Mata remained on the pitch, its no guarantee we would have won those games.

True. Just saying his subs are questionable and Lampard for me has to be starting games atleast. There have been games this season where Mata and Sturridge have done nothing. Even Drogba did nothing inthe game on Saturday apart from head the ball in. Rest of the game he was anonymous.
