Just long enough to see the misery of their global 'plastics'....... I'd give most of these millions masses 3 months to change their allegiances to City
No joke - here in Costa Rica, the Man City shirts are already beginning to appear......people in these countries are not fans; in fact not even pastics, just pure victims of marketing.....
FACT
Those that say that Man U are not our rivals I find hard to believe as they sing about us at games.I think they don't go to matches.
............
When we get back in prem just watch how the atmosphere will be WHITE HOT,just do not see the same atmosphere in a man u vs spurs game and that is fact or Chelsea or Arsenal for that matter.

Next time you're over you ought to buy up all the remaining Leeds stock cut price, then flog them out there for profit!
Tuscany, be very careful before giving your backing to Bates and his business plan.
Already had administration and according to keith harris i believe, chelsea were 4 days from going bust
Did they go bust RSL?
Do you think Abramovich just walked in off the street four days before and bought that club?
And just as a point '... according to Keith Harris...' ? Are you Orville or Cuddles?
Eh?
RSL, there is the Irish Bank, the Carribean Islands project, Oldham Athletic and Chelsea on Mr. Bates CV, I ask this question with genuine interest - are there any businesses that Mr. Bates has been in control of where the business (not to be confused with Mr. Bates personally, so his millions in Monaco are irrelevant) has prospered?

Leeds are United's third biggest rivals? Forgive me if I'm being silly but I would say at the moment the following are much bigger rivals:-
................................................................................
current league position is temporary, virulent all-abiding hatred and loathing is permanent
Exactly 2020. Does anyone think that if Everton got relegated, their rivalry with Liverpool would just cease instantly? Or the same with Arsenal and Tottenham, Newcastle and Sunderland, etc.

" "Do you think Abramovich just walked in off the street four days before and bought that club?"
Effectively, yes. The tinming was exceptionally fortuitous for Bates as he was about to disappear. And Bates never found Abramovich, it was the other way round
He was looking at Fulham. Went over in his chopper, saw the ground, asked who it was and whether they were for sale, and it was rushed through in one weekend.
Otherwise Chelsea were dead and buried courtesy of Bates"
Excellent!
So Mr. Bates did not have time to sl@g off the potential buyer and it got done.
Moral of the story for Leeds fans, when the going gets tough for the current ownership, we have a chance of a buyer swooping in and getting a deal done!
I always thought that a rival was whoever you was playing on the day!..
But remembering days gone by, the Leeds ManU games were amongst the biggest, and if/when we return they'll be just as big!..
The older bods from both sides know what used to be, the younger bods have it to come!.
Well Germany, I'm 27, so my memories of the Leeds-Man Utd rivalry ranges from 1995-2004 (with a little sprinkle of 2010 in there as well, of course).

I still got to see the 3-1 Christmas Eve win in '95, the 1-0 wins in '97 and '02. Even though we lost, I got to see that cracking 4-3 defeat in '02. And of course, 3-1-10.
We'd best hope the away allocation is a few more then the "3orsothou" they give us these days!..

Abramovich wasn't looking at Fulham, it was Spurs actually and they didn't believe he was for real, then he came across chelsea on the Wednesday when Bates had to cough up money he didn't have on the Friday.

Spurs was a great option for abramovich it was spurs who turned abramovich down though.
spot on 2020
Rivalry is on the terraces.
Anyone not believing that was not at the cup match.

"virulent all-abiding hatred and loathing is permanent"
I take it that is the comment RSL is referring to when he says 'spot on 2020'
And I thought the neanderthal was a thing of the past!
