Just one tiny wee thing though. I can't help thinking that I'd have respected them a lot more if they had done this three weeks ago and probably saved Rangers another £750K.
I will really be impressed with them (I really will) if they all sign new contracts on the new wages for next season.
Rangers need to survive as they are currently constituted, and NOT go into liquidation. I really hope for the sake of Scottish football, and for the bears who are my pals (I do have some) that their agents will not now be scouring the transfer market looking for new clubs for their clients. Your club needs the best players it can get not just till the end of this season, but in the longer term.
