despite him being a total utter on monday, rvp deserves player of the year

There's quite a few goalkeeper that could be in the list.

Tim Krul, Brad Friedel and Joe Hart.

Yea, RVP has been lethal and stepped up with some big goals.

If I were to pick from UTD, it would be Evans.... Really stepped up during a very turbulent season, defence/injury wise.

Despite turning all 'The Incredible Hulk' on Monday. Krul deserves keeper of the season.

What do you mean? Guitierrez said he remained calm.

Bale's PFA award last season was as big a joke as Giggs' 09 Football writers' award. A player whose season was pretty much finished around December when he was found out and wasn't even Spur's player of the season.

Good shout Galvar

I can see a big club picking up Vorm. Outstanding displays.

A bit weird, but i can't think of a single United player who deserves to be on the list. Not even Rooney. That'll be strange if they win the league.
========================
why would it be strange??
it could just mean we havent had any major stand out players, instead a squad who have gone about their buisness well and covered each other rather than relying solely on one or two players.

Koscielny most underrated defender in the premier league, his defensive work has been out of this world.

Johnny evans- most improved definately

krul was upset because van persie didn't give him any weed before the match

I think the form valencia was in just before he got injured had it continued could have put him on the shortlist....

2, 3, and 5.
Probably the reason their respective teams are where they currently are.

Parker OTOH has improved the whole appreciably, but the whole is very good without him.

Easily Persie, All the others have all been quality though although Silva has gone off the boil big time lately and haven't seen him do much since january.
Ba is definitely the best signing and Oxlade-Chamberlain is definitely the biggest gem to have been un-earthed this season and should get young player of the year.
Luiz gets my shout for most improved player or non-chelsea i'd say Hart, been absoulete quality this season

RVP

Case closed.

The few times I've seen koscielny he's been awful, dont know why arsenal fans rate him

I don't agree with Parker.

RvP is an obvious candidate.

Kompany has been excellent.

Silva has been incredibly influential.

Unfashionable but the lad Williams at Swansea has been excellent as has Vorm.

Not to sure about that RDBD. Tottenham could have won the match against United if Parker was marshalling the midfield. It might have stopped the sloppy goals you conceeded against them.

Valencia has been United's most consistent player this season and the best winger in the league. He's no Ronaldo but is really effective at what he does.

"Not to sure about that RDBD."

I am.
Parker has been key to why Spurs have been 3rd for much of this season. But Spurs would be top 5 without him.

Contrast with RVP and Ba, whose teams would be co-habiting with QPR etc without them.

Grant Holt for Norwich? Worth an honourable mention.
