Young players of the year?
I would go for Krul, Ox, Walker and Welbeck
sturridge > welbeck. isnt sturridge chelseas top scorer?
Young player of the year has to be Brad Friedel
Scholes for newcomer of the year?
Sturridge of course
I knew i missed out someone.
What's the age limit for a young player?

Bale's PFA award last season was as big a joke as Giggs' 09 Football writers' award. A player whose season was pretty much finished around December
-------------------------
I believe PFA award runs from Jan to Dec,
He's had his moments RRP, but lacks that cosistentcy to be listed.
And i lack the brains to spell properly

Sturridge is a good individual player. But I think he needs to learn how to be a team player and sometimes it is better to provide a team mate with an assist rather than try to score himself.
Obviously RVP should win, but an honourable mention for Yaya Toure - it's no coincidence that City's biggest slump happened when he was at the ACON.
Nathan Dyer is grossly underrated. He's a very good player.
For a team who has just been promoted he has settled in really well, a real tricky player ...not sure how old he is though!
Van Persie but I think a few players from smaller clubs should at least be considered as in contention, Swansea's Leon Britton for example x
I think Sturrudge has pretty much played out of position all season and has done well.
Torres has been decent too. Won many corners and throw-ins
Victor Moses is also a decent shout for young player of the year
"Yet we're only 1 point behind Tottenham?"
BECAUSE OF RVP, not IN SPITE OF HIM.
I know this is the wrong thread but I'd rather see Britton go as a mature player to the Olympics than Beckham x
"Victor Moses"
Put him in my fantasy team at the beginning of the season, had plenty of shots but couldn't find the back of the net!
Serial,
He is far too selfish for me to be honest. I've started to freak out when he was linked with arsenal!
Any suggestions for most improved player of the year?
Evans at United, Kossy (but he's always been quality to be fiar) Henderson
Downing's overall peformance has improved even though the stats show he's still pants
