I'd watch out, Ole_1999. Some guy called SuperGoon is out to get you and your team.
Ole - I think you can choose then, do you want me or Supergoon as your lawyer?
This isn't an anti-United thing... it's just pure and simple logic.
The price of apples does not prove how good they taste. You might think the more expensive ones are expensive because they taste better... but the price alone is not proof!
Look at the media circus today after last nights incident! What other team gets that? Shock horror, Fergie influences ref again
...........
And yet the Telegraph comes out with irrefutable evidence that other teams, Fulham included have conceeded less penalties at home than us.
Infamy ! Infamy ! they've all ...........
"Look at the media circus today after last nights incident! What other team gets that? Shock horror, Fergie influences ref again "
If the media is such a circus, then you should ignore them whatever they say, not just cling to an article that happens to defend United if and when you choose to.
Like I said earlier, I don't care about this so-called conspiracy against opposition teams at Old Trafford, just the Telegraph making an article which proves nothing at all.
come on then genius, enlighten me. i'll devise a contract once i've read your theory.

That was Fergie again. That bloody red nose
just the Telegraph making an article which proves nothing at all.
.............
It proves that over the last five years Fulham have conceeded less penalties at home than United.
Fergie influencing the refs again after the game by admitting it was a penalty and we were dead lucky to get away with it. Evil genius.
"It proves that over the last five years Fulham have conceeded less penalties at home than United."
Why have they conceded less?
Using stats of how many penalties were given for this type of thing is silly. What is more important is how many penalties were deserved and how many weren't given, which should have been?
Why have they conceded less?

Not my problem.
"Not my problem."
Thought not.
When Liverpool were all conquering you used to get the same said about Anfield (VC, you'll remember this).
To be honest I used to think it. Mind you I was only 8, and you can be a tad immature at that age.
Using stats of how many penalties were given for this type of thing is silly.
........................
Without looking, I bet the stats say Liverpool conceed less at Anfield than we do at OT.
this is just sensational. instead of just saying, "ah well, there you go it was a myth afterall" the gonad's on here just change tact and now it's about how many aren't given. you just coudn't make them up, and if you did nobody would believe you.
TPNM
Liverpool still do get their fair share of iffy decisions in their favour.
Ole_1999 with yet more articulated genius, once more proving that this conversation has gone completely over his head
supergoon - a man with a fork, in a world of soup.
They do, we do, everyone does. Not worth crying about.

Not sure why it is yours either.
I'd love Arsenal to get a proper dodgy penalty or two on 8th April.
You won't get many on here complaining.

Regardless, as I said stats saying how many have been given, don't prove a myth or that it's true. What's important is the stats which say how many should have been given that weren't and how many given that shouldn't have been.

1 - 1 up until the 89th minute, stoppage board comes up, 3 added minutes, RVP swan dives (bale esq' with no contact and Arsenal get a penalty score and win.
That would be brilliant!!
"stats which say how many should have been given that weren't and how many given that shouldn't have been."
That's a subjective viewpoint surely?
