Biggish if you look at what happened under Jose: Cole, Luiz, Lampard, Cech, Drogba (for the second time) all left. And with the exception of Costa and to an extent Fabregas we didn't really bring in/replace them with players with their own personalities.

I'm not blaming Jose for it but it happened. And we ended up to a degree reliant on Jose's force of personality. When that went, there was nothing. I'm worried we're in a similar position with Conte right now.

Cole, Lampard and Drogba left due the fact that they were at the end of their playing careers and despite that Jose still took Drogba back.
