From a UK perspective, there's both good and bad things about Trump being back.
But either way, we can't do anything about it so might as well just forget about it and enjoy life.

Nah we'll be fine. When Trump & Putin turn Europe into a gangster's trading ground, we'll be their money launderer.
London will basically become Gotham, which means there exists the very slight possibility Batman will be English. That's cool

To be fair, Batman (Robert Pattinson) is already English
In all seriousness, I don't think this result changes much about our lives. All the really bad stuff we worry about like the terrible economy, escalating conflict abroad, immigration, the risk of climate disaster etc was all getting worse with supposedly sensible 'grown up' politicians. It's not like having Biden in charge of the US, or being in the EU suddenly made those things better.
So, if it does continue to get worse it's no change from what we expected before.

I mean Brexit didn’t help with inflation. It’s obviously gotten much worse since then tho from other factors

Perhaps, but the biggest economic mess we have ever made was Liz Truss – and I wouldn't look to the EU for sound economic thinking.

I don't like talking about politics (seriously) on here, so all I'll say is I'm done underestimating this man & thus right now am more concerned about the 1% nightmare scenario which I thinly veiled behind a joke.

I'd relax, Trump's grand plan is to play golf and build condos. Not going to matter to us anymore than last time he was president, frankly - the world seemed calmer four years ago!
This will only have an effect for about 30 seconds a day when we daydream on the tube and remember that idiot somehow won two elections

From what I've been led to believe Trump is not the problem, it's his supporting cast. As you say, Trump wants to play golf and say controversial shlt to journalists. The nuts and bolts of power occur behind him

Oh undoubtedly Trump's corrupt and his repellent cronies will fill their boots — tampering policies to get things their way, but that's America's problem, not the world's.
Also, we had plenty of serious grown up people advising Biden, if anything matters have got worse since.

As do many US cities now. It's clearly a country in social, economic and moral decline. Much like the UK now tbh.
America hasn't been this weak for a long time. Less countries are trading in the petrodollar which is a huge problem for the US dollar that the Trump administration will need to try to fix. While food prices go through the roof thanks to inflation and less and less working Americans can afford to buy a home.
I can't blame Americans for wanting a change from this current administration. They currently have a President who struggles to formulate a cohesive sentence without a teleprompter and has made America look weak in the eyes of the world. All while two big wars started in Ukraine and the Middle East.
Palmer still hasn’t trained since that awful challenge from Martinez. May not make the Arsenal game. Sancho also unavailable tomorrow.
