Not his responsibility. The people running things badly should have to go out and find competent people who can do their jobs better than them and hand it over gracefully. Duh

There was a great subreddit called Herman Cain award, highlighting Facebook posts from people who were super vocally anti lockdown and vaccines, then died from covid soon after. Shame they had to basically shut it down.
Cause it was a grim as feck thread
PSG XI: Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Nuno Mendes; Ander Herrera, Verratti, Gueye; Messi, Mbappé, Neymar.

Sheriff we only have 2.5 beds per 1,000 people in the U.K. if you can’t see the problem with that then there’s no point continuing the discussion. Germany in comparison has 8 beds per 1,000 people, Japan 13, Korea 13, even US has 3
So in the event of a pandemic (or equally when we get a bad flu season because they guess the strain wrong so the vaccine is less effective) of course hospitals are overwhelmed because we are not planned for that eventuality because we have so few beds in general
The NHS didn’t get kind of overwhelmed because of Covid it got kind of overwhelmed because it’s underfunded underbedded understaffed and needs a complete overhaul. It hasn’t been fit for purpose for 10 years +

Yeah...heaven forbid people get vaccinated to minimise their chances of dying, & over burdening the healthcare system
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The vaccine doesn't stop you getting Covid and it doesn't stop you spreading Covid if you get it. If people want to take the vaccine that's fine but it should be a personal choice as taking the vaccine carries it's own risks anyway. It should never be forced on anyone like they're now doing in so many places.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It does drastically reduce your likelihood of either being very ill or dying though...& it certainly minimises your personal burden on the NHS
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which is fine but that's still not enough of a reason to essentially force people to take it. It should be up to the individual to choose what's put inside their body. That's called freedom of choice. And up to the individual if they want to take the various risks associated with Covid. The vast majority of people that get Covid are asymptomatic after all. This isn't the plague so most people that get Covid either have very mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. And the actual death rate for people that get Covid is relatively tiny.

Katie Price is 'hospitalised and arrested after alleged 'drink-drive' crash'
The former glamour model, 43, who was last seen in public yesterday during an interview on Good Morning Britain (top left), was said to be in a 'bad way' when police arrived and allegedly arrested her. She is currently without a driving licence after being disqualified for two years in October 2019. A source said: 'Katie rolled her car and was in a bad way when police arrived. She's in hospital now and everyone is desperately worried about her and why she was driving.' A police officer tweeted a photo (main) of a crashed BMW near West Grinstead around the same time of this morning's incident. In April, Ms Price mocked her ban by sitting in the driving seat and pretending to drive (top right) - noting that she was on her own land.

It’s been on a massive decline for the last decade at least that’s well known about, and I would say the world average of around 5 beds per 1,000 population would be expected which is double what we have. We are one of the worst countries for least beds per 1,000 population yet we are equally one of the most unhealthiest fattest nations.

The NHS didn’t get kind of overwhelmed because of Covid it got kind of overwhelmed because it’s underfunded underbedded understaffed and needs a complete overhaul. It hasn’t been fit for purpose for 10 years +
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So...was it fit for purpose say 15 years ago then...and what you're not saying is that it's free at the point of use for all...unlike many countries
How many beds per 1000 is ideal...?
Are you blaming the Tories by the way...just wondering
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s been on a massive decline for the last decade at least that’s well known about, and I would say the world average of around 5 beds per 1,000 population would be expected which is double what we have. We are one of the worst countries for least beds per 1,000 population yet we are equally one of the most unhealthiest fattest nations.
Tories/Labour who knows, they’re all as bad and useless as each other
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok just checking if you had a political agenda with this or not
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Definitely not, I’ve voted Labour ive voted Tory I’ve voted none
They’re all w#nkers really it’s about picking the least w#nker as I’ve always said, I have zero political party
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So not only do we need people who know what they're doing to run the NHS we need people who know what they're doing to run the country as well... Where will it end
