How many empty, worthless, opportunistic rumours have been made up since all this began I wonder? 16,000 odd maybe?

Barcelona are looking at #Chelsea duo Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner as potential alternatives for Erling Haaland.

I don’t think Lukaku or Werner would suit what Xavi wants to do
I wonder if Three regret their decision to just cancel the sponsorship like that. Seems a lot of the other sponsors are waiting to see what happens, although Three is more of a visual deal with the club. Still, if we literally get sold in next few weeks then it looks a bit silly

Who actually willingly used that bit of a laptop, just use a mouse
Yeah if the laptop is resting on a desk then just attach a proper mouse to it
There's some talk we may approach Trivago to be our main shirt sponsor after this.
Inter Milan's Romelu Lukaku desire hasn't diminished and they are following the situation at #Chelsea closely. He would be 'willing to lower his salary' after 'new signals were sent'.

Yeah more than happy to sell Lukaku back to Inter and recoup some of that money. Can replace him with Broja for free giving us a potent strike force of Havertz and Broja for next season.

Yeah more than likely they'll regret it, especially if we get a new owner sorted sharpish. They've had the honour of being on the shirts of the European and World Champions so their decision to pull out might end up looking daft.

Thing is Three have saved face by saying the sponsorship is under review. They still haven't technically cancelled it.
Chelsea academy staff fear their successful will be broken up once Roman Abramovich sells the club.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea have already lost out on signing at least one talented youngster since Abramovich was sanctioned and academy staff are worried that any new owner will not fund youth development the same way.
The academy, run by long-serving Neil Bath, has been a success of the Abramovich era, producing a crop of first-team stars such as Mason Mount and Reece James, as well as a host of Premier League-ready players for other clubs that have helped Chelsea bring in more than £1billion in fees over 10 years.
Of the £135million Chelsea raised in the transfer market last summer, £90m came from players the club produced themselves.
But with an annual budget of £10m the running costs are high, leading to questions over whether the investment will be sustained if the club are sold
Sounds like more fear mongering from the Daily Fail. The club would be mad to stop investing in the youth academy when it produces the kind of players it has been not to mention the huge revenue from selling players. It's worth every bit of that annual £10 million budget many times over.
I'm just wondering if we'll still sign Rice or Tchouameni this summer or will we just recall Connor Gallagher and Billy Gilmour ?The latter seems more likely at this stage although things can change very quickly.
Not even going to think about it until we are sold tbh.
On Rice - West Ham have a unilateral option to extend his contract to 2025 - meaning they are still able to charge silly money for him. I think he may be at Hammers for one more season.
Rice always seemed like a long shot even with Roman still here. Tchouameni is still viable assuming we get new owners sorted soon of course. Although his transfer price has crept up considerably this season.
I'm more than happy to see what Gallagher and Gilmour bring to the set up and give them a chance next season if that's what happens.
