Regarding the financial effect of us playing in Europe.

For us to be eligible to participate in European competition all of our amortized player contracts will have to be spread over 5 years.

Currently we have a mixture of contracts a group of amortized at 5 years & contracts spread over + 5 years the contracts handed out before the new Premier League rule that required clubs to limit their contracts to 5 years.

This change is estimated to add aprx ? about 30m per season to our operating costs, increasing the figure we must first achieve to be FFP/ PS compliant

Well,

Participation in the conference league will bring in minimal increased income relative to the gravitas of the competition

But the club is gearing up to continue to trade players.

Yeah , the club going forward will rely upon player trading to balance the books.

How this will affect the creation of a top competitive side is questionable.

Funnily enough both Osimhen and Jackson scored the same amount of goals in all comps this season.

I thought that as well but from what I've been reading they want to sell either Isak or Bruno as they would prefer to keep their English players.

Just to add that three of Osimhen's goals were pens whereas all 17 of Jackson's goals were from open play.

And like 25% or something were against tots lol

He had some of the best stats in the league last season out of any centre back that played more than 4 matches, pretty sure he came out on top in a few of them

I guess with Chalobah leaving for profit, it's a sensible replacement. Someone with premier league experience and been through the City academy too

Arsenal are pushing to sign Benjamin Sesko but according to Sky Germany, there’s NO final decision yet.

Chelsea are monitoring him, alongside Manchester United. His clause until the end of June is €65m.
