The only one who wouldn't be is Jackson if we sign Osimhen or another proven striker. That is hard for me to say about Cucurella but he's been improving.

Concerning Gallagher I think the reason he refused those contract extension is because he knows that he wouldn't be playing much. Technically he's not that good and under Maresca that is probably the most important thing.

Concerning Gallagher I think the reason he refused those contract extension is because he knows that he wouldn't be playing much. Technically he's not that good and under Maresca that is probably the most important thing.

Well he didn't know Poch would be sacked and he wasn't signing a new contract last season. He probably isn't a Maresco type player as you say, although to play possession based football you need to press well and win the ball back quickly.

Difference is you can ping a ball into them all under pressure and they will get a pass off
