Absolute disaster class from Diassi. Shocking performance. Shades of yoko against Watford

I prefer Nkunku upfront instead of Jackson. Jackson offers lots of running, but little else. Apart from an obligatory yellow card. Nkunku needs to get fitter, but he’s such a smart player - the direct opposite of Jackson.
I also do not see the value in Felix. He is skillful, but incredibly weak. He’s going to have to toughen up if he wants to succeed in England.
Thumbs up for Sancho. He was an improvement on the disappointing Neto
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Felix offers alot in the depth of quality of the squad
To be able to bring on sancho felix and nkunku is insane depth
Viega quite slow. Caicedo holding the down the whole midfield by himself at times.
Agendas will agend though
Baffles me
Although Felix was crap today, do agree that I like the surfeit of skilful players we have. As bournemouth tired today and we kept bringing quality off the bench, did feel like the game was there for us.
Also likely to be useful against low block sides as Marseca seems willing to sub more attacking players in when needed.
Whole second half changed when Disassi came off. He was shocking. Moving fofana there helped a lot. Bournemouth suddenly their whole half time team talk got dismantled by that one change. They targeted him to create numerous chances and an area where they can source thier play from.

Still wouldn't surprise me if one day Jackson just turns on like a switch. It's all there apart from the finishing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Knowing us it will be six months after we sell him for peanuts
Can see it already, he'll even be sold back to Liverpool or City KDB/Salah style in about three years and score 40 a season.
-------------------------------------------------------
Yep, can't rule it out
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not when he's contracted here till 2033
Yeah I don’t get why we extended his contract by 2 years. Surely he should fix some fundamental flaws in his game before being rewarded.
We usually get these kind of games after the international break
So Jackson already has 2 stupid yellow cards. One for chatting shet to the ref and the other for kicking the ball away.

Sanchez comfortably MOTM.
Cucurella and Sancho also very good
Felix worst player on the pitch.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Didn’t think Felix was bad at all. Maybe a bit weak at times. Disasi was by far the worst.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was terrible. Every time he got the ball he got bullied off it. So weak. Was also terrible against Palace (partially the managers fault for sticking him out on the left)
Agree on Diasi. Also thought Fofana was just as bad. Gave away a pen and played 3 or 4 hospital passes to our players in dangerous positions.

Nkunku should be first sub or starting for us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Conn7ndrum is he is very different player to Jackson, whose movement and pace is good but is just crap at finishing
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was thinking:
_________Jackson________
Sancho___Nkunku___Palmer

why should he bother trying to improve on such basic issues when the club rewards him with a contract extension anyway. He's set for NINE years regardless.
Need to keep playing sancho until the Chelsea rut kicks in and he learns our ways

tough watch yesterday....
What has happened to Cole Palmer...looks disinterested, was coming looking for the ball last season & making things happen....worrying
Disasi is not good
Usual from Jacko...wasteful & offside in equal measure
Sanchez & Cucurella were the pick yesterday over 90, with Sancho close behind on a great cameo
We need James Gusto & Lavia back sharpish
and as for fackin Anthony Taylor....oh look at me everyone...i'm in charge....caant

good to see a ref finally take charge and not be shy to book some people
however, how the f did Nkunku not get booked for his moronic laughing gas celebration?
caicedo should of been booked too, feel like Taylor purposely tried to stop dishing them out
Surely we're getting to the point where it's clear that Nkunku is our first choice striker. No disrespect to Jackson who still has a huge role to play and will only get better over time I think.

It is tricky because they are entirely different players and offer different things to the team. Think sometimes it is an opposition dependent decision. However, I don't believe Jackson is an instinctive finisher and therefore think we need to find a superior replacement for him
To my mind Nkunku is a much more natural finisher than Jackson and will currently get us more goals if we play him up front. I understand there's an element of managing Nkunku given how little football he played last season, but I think we're going to need to start giving him significantly more game time than we have been if we're genuinely gunning for top four this season.
Nkunku got the 15 mins he should have got the previous game.
