I'd offer Owen Coyle a 12 month contract to try and get us up at the first time of asking. People have been saying that he's been out of his depth in the Prem, so he should be ok in the Champs.

I'd get someone like Phil Brown in as his number 2 or see if I could prise Fernando Hierro away from the Spanish National kids.

If we hold on to our best 3 players we will be right up there next season.

Caveat. If we are not in the playoff positions by Christmas, sack him and start our rebuild at that point.
