Fair enough Jinky, but I thought the bile was worse between the OF,speaking as an outsider to your games with Hearts.
I was under the impression the Hearts v Celtic thing was OF light?

I did watch the game when Lenny was attacked though, and both sets of fans were fired up at Tynecastle that night.

"I want Rangers to be a part of making Scottish football better."

And how will that happen?

Ath - not at all - but ye will get the historical reference to bunkers

Dae your time in the 4th flight and then come back and talk to us about sporting integrity

you have to ask yourselves, when does the rivalry become more than football?

i have never been to Glasgow, but i grew up in London, and yes, the derbies, between certain clubs, sometimes went beyond the acceptable.

i often wondered why? its just footy at the end of the day.

Will you even be watching the spl in your "bunker" ath?

Good point Murney,as growing up together helps keep if civil, whereas Hearts are in a rival city and strangers.

A Celtic mate at work said a bhoy was battered by Hibs fans in a Glasgow pub,and when he crawled out he said something daft,so they dragged him back in and laced him again.
Must be a wee bit of city as well as team rivalry.

Bluenose - by involving them in a democratic process where everyone sets aside greed, self interest and aspirations of playing in a foreign league so as to put together a clear and attainable plan so as to improve the overall standard of our game together, even if it isn't the best way to make a quick buck.

Rangers are a part of Scottish football. A big part of it. They should be involved.

I need not show any humility , we follow a football club we are not responsible for the actions of a few individuals

The catholic faith did not show humility for the actions of hundreds of their hierarchy , so why should we

That will never happen though.

Why not Bluenose?

It's worked in other countries. In fact, it's worked fantastically well in other countries.

What we lack when developing players in this country is an identity. We don't create the right type of players, and it's not uniform across the country. We just leave it to each club to produce whatever plodders they want and it's all just a bit erratic.

If we work together, and share resources, we can create a system where we create an identity for our game. It's happened the world over - it's happened in Germany in the last 20 years, Spain obviously, in Latin America. Everywhere but here basically.

Why can't we work together to make our game better?

Ad

I have been in dodgy situations at football games in Glasgow and Belfast, but the scariest was at West Ham v Chelsea in the 80's.
No colours and fighting everywhere during the game inside and outside.

When Chelsea went to QPR however we took over, and you were like the away fans mate........changed now though.
