SLM isn't a wum, he is just a bit slow, in fact I used to wonder if him and captain pos were the same poster.

I don't really know why he made this article, it all stemmed from me and Elvis saying they are similar in style but Wilshere is the better player.

In fact, I haven't seen a United fan seriously suggest Clev is better.

Its like these same idiots comparing Giroud to Chamakh because they both came from Ligue 1 despite Giroud scoring 21 league goals whereas Chamakh scored 9 league goals before joining us on a free

Antonio Valencia is as good as he was before his injury, whats Ramseys excuse?
===
Valencia's job is to run and cross. I think we can agree as football fans, a central midfielder has a harder job.

Judging by the ratings, this article turned out exactly the way that I expected.

Wilshere at the age of 19 had made 46 starts and 5 substitute appearances for Arsenal. Basically, in his first season, he featured 51 times and for such a young player - his first season in Premiership football - that isn't good.

I do worry whether he will live up to his potential because missing over a year's worth of football is obviously a detriment and has hindered his progression on the pitch.

Wenger's a good manager, but he totally got it wrong with Wilshere. He should have known that overplaying a footballer when they're young will consequently result in a long-term injury if they don't get adequate time to rest.

It happened with Fabregas and now it's happened with Wilshere.

That's why he's being more cautious with Chamberlain, but I really hope too much damage hasn't been done on Wilshere because it would be a waste of a talent if he spends half his time on the treatment table.

This 'duncanedwards_legend' really is an idiot.

Just cause Ramsey's struggling to return to his previous form, due to injury, doesn't mean the same will happen to Wilshere.
Not forgetting the fact that Ramsey broke his leg.

All players respond differently.

how am i an idiot for making a valid point you daft feckin

what i said was Wilshere may not be the same player when he returns due to his injury problems, and i used Ramsey as an example.

by your own logic, wilshere could have some real problems when he returns, as although he didnt break his leg, as you say, all people react differently to injuries.

just a though you muppet

I don't think it is down to what the players have to physically do on the pitch. It is just down to the fact every player is different and players react differently to injuries.

I was at Villa vs Arsenal in the FA cup. I heard, shall we call it, aggressive groaning towards your own players (Ramsey especially), and Wenger when losing at half time.

Poor thought. That's why I said all players react differently to injuries. I made that very clear.

Ramsey broke his leg. Wilshere has a minor recurring injury.
Not the exact same thing is it? Shouldn't take the same exact toll on him.

Either way, it's almost like you're wishing Wilshere never recovers. Sad little tool.

Crouch, the moaning was there from the 5th minute, until you scored in fact. Evern then everybody was effing and blinding around me throughout the second half. It wasn't your normal disappointed groan at a football ground, there was a certain frustation and aggression.

I've never been before, so I'm not saying you never support the team, and it was freezing, but it wasn't support. Don't shoot the messenger.

Both are not yet the finished article, but Wilshire has done the most with the chances he got.

Think I need a drink!

Saint - people don't have to care, but it's my right to express my view

As for Arsenal being booed against Villa in the FA Cup when we were 2-0 down, have you forgotten that we had previously lost 3 consecutive games in a row?

At the end of the day, if you go to a match and you pay your money, you're free to act how you want. If people feel that the players are being pu£sies or that they aren't working hard enough when people are spending their hard earned cash to pay some of the most expensive ticket prices in football, then it's their right to complain.

I think the boos were moreso directed at Wenger for being incapable of motivating his team and for our lack of resilience and also, we needed a fullback as our first, second and even makeshift fullbacks were either injured or not good enough. Poor fullbacks had cost us in our previous games and it was obvious we needed one, but we didn't get one so the fans were frustrated, understandably.
