Debenhams has confirmed that another five stores will not be re-opening after lockdown restrictions are lifted.
The department store chain has struck deals with landlords to keep most of its 142 stores open, after it fell into administration for the second time.
But five more stores will not reopen when the government lifts coronavirus restrictions on non-essential shops.
It's understood the retailer has been unable to agree new terms with shopping centre owner Hammerson.
The Debenhams stores affected are in the Bullring in Birmingham, The Oracle in Reading, Centrale in Croydon, Highcross in Leicester, and Silverburn in Glasgow.

Derby and Oaks organisers are looking to hold the Classic races behind closed doors at Epsom Downs on 4 July.
The date has been provisionally requested in a submission to Epsom and Ewell council, which also asks for all Saturdays in July and August to be approved for "flexibility".
Permission for the venue to be fenced off and surrounding footpaths closed for 24 hours has also been requested.
The application will be considered on 12 May.
Dame Vera Lynn has spoken about the bravery and sacrifice that characterises the nation on the eve of the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
In 1945, huge crowds celebrated after learning of the final surrender of the N azis, but many will spend Friday's anniversary in coronavirus lockdown.
Dame Vera, now 103, said while people would be apart, "hope remains even in the most difficult of times".
Quoting from her most well-known song, she said: "We will meet again."
The wartime song was also echoed by the Queen in a special televised address in April, when she acknowledged the hardship Britons were facing during the Covid-19 crisis.
The statement by Dame Vera, who lives in Ditchling, East Sussex, said VE Day was one of the most important days in the UK's history, marking the day when freedom returned "after the most difficult of times".
She said as celebrations were held for the anniversary "we must all remember the brave boys and what they sacrificed for us... they left their families and homes to fight for our freedom and many lost their lives trying to protect us and our liberties".
Netherlands manager Ronald Koeman says he feels "fit as a fiddle" after being admitted to hospital in Amsterdam last week with "chest complaints".
The former Southampton and Everton boss, 57, had "successful cardiac catheterisation", said his management company.
Koeman said on Twitter it was "a bit of a scare" but doctors "were quick to help me and acted wonderfully".
"Such an event really helps bring you down to earth," he said.
Premier League clubs have discussed increasing the variety of kick-off times if the season resumes.
Project Restart involves the league returning in June and finishing at the end of July to fit in with Uefa's European competition plans.
The Premier League is also in talks with broadcasters, the government and clubs about showing some behind-closed-doors games on free-to-air television.
Of the 92 matches left this season, 47 will be available on Sky or BT.
But there are discussions with the Premier League's broadcast partners about what would be reasonable in making the other 45 games free-to-air. That could mean games being streamed live on the Premier League's or a broadcaster's YouTube channel.

UK death toll increases by 539 to 30,615 | Rate of infection now between 0.5 and 0.9 | Raab: Changes to lockdown will be "small and incremental"
A group of Saracens players have apologised after breaking the coronavirus lockdown regulations.
England's Billy Vunipola, Alex Goode and Nick Isiekwe, Scotland back Sean Maitland and prop Josh Ibuanokpe were reportedly spotted in St Albans.
The Premiership season is currently suspended because of the pandemic.
"Management has spoken to the players involved, all of whom accept that they made an error in judgement," said a Saracens statement.
"The club has reminded these players as well as the whole Saracens squad of their responsibilities to themselves and the community around them and we are confident that this will not happen again."
Macclesfield have been given a seven-point deduction for failing to play December's match against Plymouth and for non-payment of player wages.
It is their second deduction this season, having been docked 10 points with four suspended in December for non-payment of salaries and failure to fulfil their fixture with Crewe.
That was later reduced to seven points with three suspended after an appeal.
But those three points have now been applied to the latest punishment.
The deduction means Macclesfield slip a place to 23rd in League Two and three points above bottom side Stevenage.
A student who gathered 330,000 signatures calling for a refund of university tuition fees says students are being "completely ignored".
Sophie Quinn's petition calls for a refund for teaching lost in the Covid-19 outbreak and lecturers' strikes.
Her claim was brought before the House of Commons Petitions Committee.
Universities UK told MPs universities were under "severe financial pressure" and paying refunds to students could "put some institutions at risk".
