I'd love to, but it's already 2.a.m., been up since 6.15am and have to be up again at 6.15 in the morning.
Wtf am I doing here?
about to tip off.....arrgghhhhhh wetting my pants
@Edinspur - We usually put Ariza on star point guards and have Terry shift over to guard the SG and Harden guard the SF. Weird but it's worked for us before.
I'm still livid about the NCAA tourney. My school got bounced in the first round and I haven't watched it since then. However, I saw the game last night and I'm hope we take a look at Tyus Jones and Frank the Tank with our draft pick. Jones is pure heart and clutchness and that's something you can't teach.
I'm super high on Winslow but I think he will go in the top 7. Dekker reminds of Chandler Parsons with a better shooting mechanics. Think he'll go by 20th pick.
Memphis crushed
GSW crushed
Rockets crushed
Its looking like it might be our year again
Admittedly I didn't watch last nights game, but from what I hear Ariza came out on fire, but the Rockets couldn't pull away so that when the offence dried up the Spurs overran them,
Checked the NCAA bracket, was pretty surprised at the number of top seeds that made it to the final rounds. I thought March Madness threw up far more surprises...or was this just a freak year?
edin where are spurs in the standings for west? 6th?
Spurs will over take us and Memphis if they win again on Friday. Crucial game in terms of playoff seedings.
Rockets, for whatever reason, never showed up last night. Kawhi's defense is exactly what I am fearing for in the playoffs. Harden limited to 16 points last night and he was always known as a Spurs killer. Looking bleak... It's Spurs title to lose IMO.
There were a huge number of upsets in the first round, my school included, and Michigan St. could be considered as this year's "cinderella" though I wasn't that surprised they made it that far. 3 or more top seeds making it to the Final Four happens every couple of years. I'd say roughly 1 in 5.
you reckon spurs will boss golden state? it was only a few weeks ago that spurs were in minor turmoil.
I think so. Spurs is like the Barca of basketball if you think about it. Crisp ball movement and extremely calculated.
Spurs usually coast the regular season and turn it up a notch in the playoffs. They can take on Golden State, who I feel is going complacent and might not have the right mindset going into the first round against New Orleans.
I dunno, spurs have the tools to beat golden state more than most teams. But Curry has been rested ALOT this second half of season. think hes missed near enough 15 4th quarters. And they've rotated well. I just love the way GS play though.
I want the cavs to win it, Love kryie and K.Love even though Love doesnt seem to be getting on with the rest like he could.

The best were just very strong this year.
Probably the best calibre tourney I have seen in the five years I have been here.
Yeh 6th currently nick.
Spurs were never really in turmoil, just had a few injuries. Plus we always start playing ace after rodeo road trip.
No team is playing better basketball than the Spurs atm though, have blown out Rockets/GSW/Memphis/OKC in the past two weeks.
But still lost to Kyrie... but yeah, need to check out the highlights on youtube when I get time.

That was just unreal though, 8/8 from three I think
Who do you support? Raptors?
I didn't really like that match last night, hate hack-a- basketball.
What was interesting is that the Rockets can come out playing out of their skin (9-0 run from tip off), but then loose ground so easily due to a lack of depth on the bench, very telling.
Think that is 2nd place guaranteed for Spurs as Memphis have to play away at GSW and Clipps. It is looking like :GSW/Spurs/Clipps/Portland/Rockets/Grizzlies/Mavs/OKC
Alright, playoffs are just around the corner. Lots at stake today and tomorrow. Check this link to see how each scenario affects seeding 2,3,5, and 6.

i've got a soft spot for raptors as I have been to canada so many times and have relatives. But I love kyrie and kevin love so cant help but watch more cavaliers games. (obviously add lebron etc to that)
Will probably be supporting toronto in the play offs but can see cavs winning the east tbh. (going vegas next week so will catch a few play off games!)
Steph Curry made 77 straight 3-pointers today in practice, 94 out 100
OHHH MYYY GODDDD!!!!!!!
Aww sweet, Vegas is ace. Where are you staying?
I was there last summer, it ruined me, spent $700 on strippers one night
FFS edin im going with my girl this year, have been with the boys a couple times. Stayed in the mirage and PH, stayin in NYNY(bit of fun) this time. cant wait, im addicted to the place. Could go with my nan and have a mad time I reckon.
And steph curry is just ridiculous. Klay thompson is turning into one of the best all rounders in the league and you rarely hear of him, thats how good curry is
Playoff predos?
GSW in 5
Rockets in 6
Spurs in 4 (we will implement hack-a-Jordan if we are losing)
Grizzlies in 7
Hawks in 5
Cavs in 6
Bulls in 4
Washington in 6
I'll play.
GSW in 6
Rockets in 6
Spurs in 7
Grizzles in 7
Hawks in 5
Cavs in 4
Bulls in 6
Raptors in 7
I like our match up against the Mavs, but for whatever reason, I am so nervous for us in the Playoffs! Last year's Portland series gave me a near heart attack every game! Hope, we can just get out of the first round is all I'm asking for.
I think for the Rockets to be successful they needed the Spurs/GSW to play each other in an early on series so they tire each other out. At this rate it looks like if they want to make the finals they have to face the Spurs AND the GSW. The two toughest teams in the West IMO.
I say Spurs in 4 because the Clippers don't pose much threat to us. Hack-a-Jordan will be implemented if we are struggling (even more reliable than Hack-a-Smith). Our post-dominance will overpower them. I don't think they can cope with our fire-power in the back court.
Their only chance is to dominate the glass.
