I'm seeing reports coming out (albeit not the most reliable sources) that players are dividing over Arteta and some are beginning to lose faith in him.

Could be bs, as media outlets are trying to capitalise on our bad form, but if there's even a whiff of truth to this, we need to get rid now.

I read that as well. They reached that with oil money. Since Roman came in he invested 1 billion probably more.

They are now like City at a point to sit out negogiations like they did it with the Lukaku/Abraham deal.

Arsenal's approach is to sit out the whole TW and acting like headless chicken at the end of it.

Chelsea have solved all their problems. We dont.

It is more the striker gets isolated, the supporting players are too slow passing forward, and defending our striker is easy.
Martinelli and Balogun combined had the same number of touches as Saka, despite Buky only playing 30 mins compared to 130 of the other two.

Mari is a defender. He won't be able to pass straight to a striker anyway. Why is Xhaka avoiding passing to a striker, be it Auba, Laca or Balogun?

Two obvious instances of midfielders failing direct passes player through on goal. Martinelli and Xhaka. Must be more. Instead opting to pass out wide.

My attention fell more to our wings if I am honest.

Xhaka played more to Tierney if I read that well.

Havent got an answer to your question but maybe he thought we need to come more over the left wing?

They are only isolated if the rest of the team don't involve them in play. There have been similar accusations against Auba and Eddie. And often Laca has been caught coming too deep to get involved in play.

To me this is a symptom of Moyes tactics we used to see at Everton when all the play was constructed down the wings to avoid a counter attack. Its why Moyes used to like strong bodies in CF position so that they didn't lose the ball if it accidentally arrived at their feet.

Remember when pre-Emery we were linked with Arteta, and me and Peebs called him the Spanish Moyes in jest? Aye, good bantz.

tbh Arteta would have loved Giroud. Its typical mid-table football.
