So if we are looking down the line to summer 2023 if Saliba matures in the premier league as is expected Arsenal are more likely to pair White and Saliba with Gabriel the odd man out. Which is why Arsenal will listen to offers. But I think it will be unlikely that Arteta will sell Gabriel this summer.

Thats my opinion. And we shall see if that happens or not.

Flying from Luton which is probably not great. Almost all Easyjet there. But only going Amsterdam so should be fine

They are if there is no possibility of a sale. The only one that exists because those generating the rumours, agents are doing so because they believe they can force a sale because of Saka's contract issues.

If Arsenal tie him up to a long term deal then obviously the player wants to stay for having signed the deal and Arsenal have the power over him so it would be up to them if he is 'available' or not.
