£4m for Holding is a terrible deal. The guy has plenty of PL experience and is HG and he’s not even on big wages. Thought we would have got close to £10m

I don't think he was poor, he just doesn't have the skill set to play high up the pitch or progress the ball quickly - most teams in the league won't require that.

Partey could now be seen as a permanent fixture at RB

Partey is not seen as a permanent RB, he is a squad player who can fill in at full back, cover Rice, and even play alongside him in some games where a 0-0 is a good result.

Jorginho is also back up for Rice.
