"Just delete him Dubbed, he really isn't worth replying to. Don't know why I did it."

Guy's an idiot.

Have a look at his article at further down. I just looked at it and shook my head in pity.
Lost case.

He's lodged deeply up Wenger's an'us.

arsenal played well but to say you dominated is totally clueless

it's not over yet, still plenty of points to be had, but this could be the season that all those decisions to cash in on your best players finally catches up with you.

Oh dear Gunnerthru. You're like a shire horse with blinkers on.

Didn't create anything out of play? Apart from 2 goals and three good chances 2nd half from 'open' play.

I talked about the first half mate.

Yes Bats that is nice of you. Ban someone who didnt share your opinion who is only telling us I told you so.

8bit, we passed the ball around well, but we had two good chances in the first half and that was in the first 20 minutes. That was it. Second half, we passed the ball around well again, but we looked vulnerable on the counter, lost our shape at times and there was very little movement from anyone.

People say we deserved more from the game, but apart from nice flicks and some pretty passing, did Lloris have any saves to make?

I don't even think we kept the ball more than Tottenham, if you're going to use stats.
They had more chances too.
If that ain't "dominating", I don't know what is.

We didn't even play well We dominated possession but we didn't play well, read the comments on Pete's match thread (if you can be bothered), we both knew after 5 minutes that we would concede the first goal because unlike Spurs we cannot defend and unlike Spurs we cannot score when it matters.

AVB did what every other team tries to do..condense the middle of the pitch but Spurs were better in one thing today and that was pressing.

Arsenal rarely troubled their goalie and if not for Bale and sigurson it could have been bad for Arsenal

I know a lot of people say missing out on the Champions League would be a disaster, but I'm actually beginning to think it might be a neccesary evil. It might finalise galvanise the club into some sort of positive action. Alternatively, it could go the other way into continual decline, but I'm hoping the board aren't stupid enough to let this happen.

In any case, I'm getting sick of qualifying for the CL these days just to get outclassed by the first decent team to pass by. To me, that's not competing amd it's certainly not enjoyable.

Bats, where did I say that. You are on his back from the first minutes but only Wenger decided to play him instead of Poldi. Fact. Btw yes Poldi is so clinical. Why didnt he score from Giroud flick on. That was our best goal scoring opportunity in the second half. Fact.

We were controlling the game, until they scored it was obvious who the better team was. when they're 2-0 it takes a miracle to win then, they can just kill the game. Spurs just got lucky we went missing for 5 mins.

We just have to accept it - we aren't good enough. We are not top 4 material.

The sooner we realise it, the less painful it will be.

Weare, not denying it.

Giroud was absolute garbage today. Worst player on the pitch.

A few times, I kept shouting "Wtf is Mertesacker doing so far up the pitch!"

Try and take your red tinted glasses off and actually look at the game objectively for once. Seriously, it's just embarrassing now.

I love Wenger. I really do. But he looked so senile and clueless today.
Had no idea.
____________

Wenger got his tactics absolute spot on today.

Our front 2 were cack, our defence got carved open, but they weren't clinical or solid either and there wasn't much in it.

I agreed with the post match analysis in that the difference between the two teams was the performance of the two spurs central defenders.

Arsenal showed a lot of energy and desire today but attacking from wings was forced on you lot by the overloaded Spurs midfield.

Arsenal did get into decent positions from wings but low passes failed to clear the first man in the box

we were far better than them until defenders went mad. Wengers tacticals were great, let down by his players today.
