Going to stick my neck out here and go with
1. City
2. Chelsea
3. Spurs
4. United
5. Liverpool
6. Arsenal
That is how i see it as clubs currently stand. Hopefully we can push on with a few signings and allay my fears a tad.
Just seen TBK's predicted table, exactly the same
Manuel is a good manager, better than Mancini.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm no expert on Manuel (in fact I know very little about him) but I keep seeing comments like the above. Is he better than Mancini, who won the Premiership and three Serie A?
I think that Chelsea will win league next season.
Positions 2,3,4 will depend on what happens over next three weeks in transfer window.
I believe that Man City,Man Utd, Arsenal and Spurs
will be challenging for other 3 places.
Arsenal have a decent first team, but are light in their
squad. They need to bring in at least 3 high quality
experienced players. If they do then they could challenge for 2nd place.
Man City have a strong squad, but there is a danger
that they lack clarity in what is their best team and that
could count against them particularly if they continue
buying.
Manchester United could struggle this season albeit
that I would expect them to finish in top 4. However,
they could struggle if Van Persie gets injured or loses
form. There are also question marks about their defence on evidence of last season.
Spurs could improve and challenge for a top 4 place,
but that may depend on whom Arsenal bring in during
this transfer window. They have an improving squad,
but departure of Bale will be a huge loss.
It is only Liverpool fans who think that they might qualify for Europe. Frankly I think that they are a very
average team and I suspect will struggle without Suarez. Even if he is forced to stay I cannot see him
making a commitment. However, I do believe that they
will be difficult to beat.
Also, in line with the article...
1. United
2. Chelsea
3. City
4. Spurs
5. Liverpool
6. Arsenal
7. Swansea
Liverpool have to try finishing above Everton first.
In fairness he won his Serie As after Juve had been relegated and Milan weakened from the Calciopoli scandal plus his record in Europe is poor
Ron, would you say Pellegrini is better than him?
Better in Europe but I'm not sure what impact he'd have on City in the league
Fair enough, as I say I know very little about him
Man City's main problem is that they have perhaps too
many good players in their squad. How do you keep them all satisfied?
I believe that teams who win titles are those who know
what is their first eleven, but have strength in depth
when it comes to bringing in replacements as and when required.
Could you identify at moment their best team?
Macca I see what you're saying but battling it out at the end of the season is no longer the norm for their set of players. Much like pundits always said our players weren't up got it, but 4th, 5th,4th,5th shows we're very much used to it. Lets see how it goes it looks like its gonna be one of the most open leagues in a long time!!
The simple fact is we all know the teams that will finish in the Top 4, the order is the only mystery
Spurs are the only possible threat to the Top 4, Liverpool have no chance especially without Suarez.
IMO
Chelsea
Man Utd
Arsenal
City
I agree with the above, there are five teams that could finish in the top four. Liverpool are not one of them, Spurs might be.
It is only Liverpool fans who think that they might qualify for Europe

You have a dig and say we're deluded but also say this...
(Arsenal) could challenge for 2nd place.
Laughable.
As for predictions;
Chelsea
City
Utd
Spurs
Arsenal
Liverpool

I suggest that you read properly what was written and
stop being a pr.ck.
What was said is that positions will be determined by
transfer business being completed by end of transfer
window.
And yes Arsenal are capable of finishing 2nd but only
if they strengthen their squad.
What I am sure of is that Liverpool will not make the top 4. Most of your players would struggle to make
the squads let alone first team of most of the other
clubs. They will be difficult to beat and that is it.
And yes Arsenal are capable of finishing 2nd but only

...........
You missed out the word 'dramatically'
No I think that most Arsenal fans are well aware where the team needs strengthening.
Leaving aside striker we need a top quality defensive
midfielder, squad centre back and a goalkeeper to
challenge for first team.
Otherwise we have a decent squad. I suggest you look at our performance at end of season.
We had also second best defensive performance and
third best goal scoring record last season and we still
have the team which played.
Lesthered, are you upset because i predicted Utd would finish where we did last season?
My reason for that is logical, but instead you throw insults like some kid in the playground.
Arsenal may need to strengthen but all signs are we will, as we've sold a lot of deadwood. However we haven't weakened Man Utd have, dramatically, who is going to fill Rooney's boots? Have Man Utd bought anyone yet or are they still waiting on Fabregas
At the minute Man Utd are looking like we did in 2011/12 season, a one man club. And RVP isn't going to win you the title
what signs? we will not buy anyone bar maybe perez
