Hopefully Liverpool get 4th
Well as it goes at the moment on paper i'd have City 1st over us until we get Rooney, but i just can't see Pellegrini winning league especially in his first season. Can see them winning at least one of the domestic cups though and having a good CL run
Arsenal finishing sixth.

Bit confident about that lad aren't you
It's just obvious Les, it's already been agreed out of the public eye i'd imagine the agreed deal is to wait until after the United/Chelsea game before announcing it public and completing it
Really Oscar????? You should be a journalist
I suggest that you read properly what was written and
stop being a pr.ck.
What was said is that positions will be determined by
transfer business being completed by end of transfer
window.
And yes Arsenal are capable of finishing 2nd but only
if they strengthen their squad.
-----------------
Anyone can say that though. If Man Utd buy 3 quality players then they could win the league, if Spurs keep Bale they could finish 3rd as they have bought well this summer. If Liverpool keep Suarez, he gets his head together and we buy a couple more players we could finish 4th. All ifs and maybes.
The whole point of the article is to give a prediction based on what we know, what transfer business has been done, the positions based on where we stand right now. Arsenal have done nothing in the market, they've stood still whilst every team around them, barring Man Utd who are the current champions, have bought players and strengthened their squads. So to suggest that Arsenal can finish 2nd is ludicrous. To suggest that you're going buy these 3 quality players, when all summer you've not stengthened one position in your team is hopeful.
Also mate, be nice, no reason to call me a pr!ck
@ FatJanMolby:
the only thing that's guaranteed is the Top 4 will remain the same
The order in which the Top 4 will finish is the only mystery.
Spurs are the only team capable of gate crashing the Top 4, Liverpool with Suarez finished 7 last season, without Suarez they have no chance of getting Top 4
But thats just my opinion, we'll all find out at the end of the season
City
Chelsea
United
Tottenham
Arsenal
Liverpool
Chelsea need a top striker (you know who). If that happens then I think they will win the league.
Tottenham getting 4th. My reasoning being they only finished 1 point behind Arsenal last year and they've improved greatly whereas Arsenal haven't done squat.
Liverpool closer but not close enough.
City, Chelsea, United and Spurs in that order but until the window closes I wouldn't put money on those placings. Still a lot of business to be done before close of season.
Far too many unknowns even at this stage of the transfer window.
Man Utd , the Moyes factor ,dont look very strong depth wise in the centre of midfield & if Rooney goes another class forward would be needed in case RVP gets injured
Man City, Pelligrini may be another Wenger or may be another Ramos, not sure what he will make of Stoke away !!, New players may not settle, Nastasic out for at least 6 weeks, is Lescott good enough ?.
Chelsea, Jose doesnt have a Makalele this time round, built success on disciplined teamwork, defensive responsibility & hard graft not sure how that will suit David Luiz. Desperatly need a top class forward. And Terry & Lampard to accept they cant play every game.
Arsenal, Seems same old Arsenal talk big on transfers & spending but no world class stars arrive.Need a striker & defensive midfielder, centre half & a full season out of Jack Wilshire as a minmum
Spurs, Bale for £85 million id drive him to Madrid for that sort of money which if invested properly could really strengthen the squad, problem is Levy will probably want a big chunk of it for a new stadium.Have made some decent signings so far though.
Liverpool, going no where but 6th at best, Carragher retired,Can Gerrard keep playing every week ? finished 7th with a great season from Suarez if he leaves they wont be able to attract good enough players to replace him. in truth miles behind the other 5 teams. Will raise their game for the big matches though & will take points off the teams above them.
Everton, Expect Baines & Fellaini to be at Man Utd by Sept, along with loss of Moyes see them competing with Swansea for 7th
no1 had Liverpool in top 4 RGK had Swansea 6th and Liverpool not even in top 6
This proves how well we did last season - hardly anyone had us even in the battle for fourth.
Yet a lot of those same posters are saying we bottled it!
What a bunch of chaving mugs
